It’s a lovely hotel, but it feels like a very quirky and funny shape at reception level. I wasn’t clear where there was any space to do work. My room (29) was very clean and spacious, and I would definitely stay there again. There was coffee, but no bottled water. The whiskey bar is great (if you love whiskey). There’s no bar except in the restaurant- but no standing area. Food was good. No beer on tap.

I had read up in advance regarding the history of this hotel but never expected to actually feel it, which is what happened. The actual building and grounds are beautifully maintained and have been restored with such love and respect. …

Such a peaceful beautiful hotel and great location for The Hammersmith Apollo. Lovely terrace which backs into lovely gardens. An oasis to find in busy London and a peaceful stay. Staff were helpful and polite. Our room was perfect and had all the amenities you could require.

Great room, friendly service but the hotel needs a bit an attention for maintenance. 5The reception carpet doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in years, the lift doesn’t work so you need to walk three flights of stairs, not ideal, and definitely not for people with mobility issues.Be aware the hotel does not have parking facilities and the local Novatel hotel is a total rip off (paid £70 for one night parking).

We were given a gift of afternoon tea at this beautiful hotel location. We were lucky with the weather and sat in the lovely garden under the parasols. The afternoon was amazing, with a wonderful varied selection of sandwiches.  …

The most beautiful listed building with historic connections. Spacious, clean rooms and comfortable bed and the added luxury of a heated towel rail and bathroom floor. Room 22 facing on to the park. …

Beautiful looking hotel and a great whisky bar. However, the one thing I expect from any hotel is a decent night's sleep. We were in room 6 and there is little in the way of sound proofing, so very noisy to the early hours and again first thing in the morning. Mattress very firm and pillows lumpy 😩Shame as everything else was spot on.
