Comfortable, friendly and funky hotel in a lively area of the vibrant city of Liverpool. Live music emanates from every corner of the place. We enjoyed three days there and visited several bars and also the Cavern Club. …

Room as in the basement so could hear absolutely everything fromToilet flushing to slamming doors. No window either sadly. What was most disturbing was the mould smell in the bathroom. Sadly couldn’t shower either as the water wouldn’t cool down and unfortunately I can’t have boiling hot showers because of pregnancy. Location was useful although very loud at night as party road I think!

What a gem!Stayed in this hotel for just one night as was attending a function in Liverpool City Centre and what a gem it is.Great sized rooms, big bed, good view and delightful service. The warm greeting at reception and the breakfast room was lovely and the breakfast was freshly cooked and excellent.Highly recommended.

Really lovely rooms, well furnished, clean and with lots of nice touches like vanity kits and shower caps. Very spacious and for the price really reasonable. If you're looking to enjoy concert square it's a prime location but if you're looking for a quiet night in, the noise level still isn't too bad when the windows are closed.Only criticism is a very minor thing with the tv being slightly dodgy but aside from that a really great place to stay.

Lovely stay during our visit to Liverpool! The room was beautiful and clean, bed was super comfy. The staff were so kind, night life isn’t noisy what’s so ever! But what do you expect for being in a hotel so near night life. Great place to stay if you visit Liverpool!

Quick & friendly check in at reception. The rooms are great, spacious & have nice decor. The bed was very very comfy & so were the pillows, something I'll always credit a hotel for, the bathroom was also great & had a nice style with a lovely warm shower. The only downside would be the fact there was no A/C. However there was a fan so that made me happy, but the redeeming feature was the handy fridge.
