It was a wonderful experience. My partner and I came to London for a five-day holiday and the facade may not look impressive, but the room looks newly remodeled. It has all the necessary amenities, the bathroom is new, the shower works perfectly, there is a jug to boil water and make tea or coffee available for free, the bed is very comfortable and the room temperature is very pleasant. In addition, they continue to remodel more parts of the hotel and it is looking as good as new. On the other hand, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, always willing to help and make everything much easier, they are wonderful people who were there even in difficult times, like when my partner was injured and they made a great effort to put us in contact with the medical services and accompany us throughout the process. I still can't believe that we had such a great experience for such an affordable price, I totally recommend it.

The Hotel is quite central and value for money, I think it is an excellent option, there are many places to eat in the nearby surroundings and also several supermarkets. The room does not have a microwave, but it does have a kettle and very kindly the Hotel provides supplements such as tea, milk, and hygiene products for the shower. The rooms that have been remodeled, are quite good, but it is remarkable that it does not have an elevator and the stairs are a little narrow, so if you come with a lot of luggage it is something you should take into account. As for the staff, I could not be more grateful and happy, I think they are exceptional professionals, I have had a medical inconvenience and from the first moment the reception found out, they were incredibly friendly and helpful to me, not to mention the warm reception, having checked in, I want to especially thank REHAN & HASEEB, for being all gentlemen with me and for their wonderful hospitality and good customer service, beyond the comforts, I would recommend this place for the human quality of the staff. We will definitely be back.

We stayed here 7 years ago, and this August 2024 when we booked again with them it’s completely different from what we remembered since they’ve renovated and updated the rooms. Back then, we were just kids, and the price was within our budget, so we decided to return because, after all, the position is very good and we only needed a place to sleep. We were surprised to find that the rooms have been renovated, making them much more comfortable and clean. The only downsides were the lack of a hairdryer and a wardrobe in the room, but other than that, I would definitely come back, especially for the very friendly and nice staff!

This hotel is absolutely disgusting! Do not believe what you see in photos! The room was absolutely filthy! Full of mold and damp. Stank of urine! The bathroom was disgusting, dirty toilet, hairs all over. The drain was exposed in the bathroom.Broken furniture as well.Room tiny, cramped and boiling hot with noisy building work. I don't know how they've stayed open!We arrived here with young kids and after an hour demanded a refund which was refused. Absolutely heartbroken and totally ruined our stay.

Great cheap budget option, round the corner from tube station. My room was small, but clean. Maybe I was just lucky compared to other reviewers. Also they took a photo of my ID and sent it to a group chat.

It has a comfortable bed and a walk-in shower with a rainfall head. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a lift to the upper floors, and access to the main entrance is up a fairly steep, narrow set of steps. However, it is conveniently located close to the underground and buses for access to Central London tourist attractions.

Black mould on the ceiling, thick layers of dust on the carpet and an open, uncovered grease trap in the bathroom full of vile sewage - an absolute health hazard. …

When we arrived in the hotel the reception was dirty and the walls were crumbling apart, the reception had paper signs up for the wifi which 2 of the wifi options were not even available and the one that was available was very slow and did not work. We were greeted to a room full of brunette hairs ( both me and my friend are blonde) and a bed which had a thin duvet and 2 thin pillows between us. The worst part of the stay is that the reception states “we do not take responsibility for any lost luggage” we brushed this off as we assumed our luggage was safe in our rooms to which we then arrived back after being out for no more than 2 hours to our room door being open (we know we shut this properly as we double checked) luckily none of our luggage was taken but we were very shocked and confused as to how our door was wide open as the door is locked with a key card that we had with us. We won’t be returning to this hotel as it is definitely more of a hostel. Giving it a 1 star as the location is amazing for nights out and there is a lot of accessible travel links around.
