The pictures look very nice. But I was shocked when I saw it in real life. The room, unlike the picture, is small and dilapidated. Wherever you step, you feel as if the ground beneath you will break. There are also very bad smells. And every few minutes a police car passes by. The area is not safe and seems dangerous. The cook is racist and rude. They said there is breakfast, but breakfast is simply honey or bread rolls. And then drinks like tea or coffee. Is this enough for you as a hotel breakfast???? We asked the cook for water and he gave us one glass of water and filled it completely from the tap. He gave us one glass and we are five. And in the rooms there is no drinking water either. We had to stay a whole night without water. Because we did not want to drink from the tap, which looked disgusting.

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The staff at the front desk are super rude, the place is filthy and smells really bad. It’s cheap for a reason. However, there are basic hygiene that the management should pay attention too. Also, being polite to the guests doesn’t cost them anything. So I am not sure why they are rude to people. In short, pay the axtra money and stay somewhere that’s clean and has better service. Saving few dollars is not worth picking up an infectious disease from that place.

Absolutely disgusting. We were met with a large spacy and nice room online, and then we got a tiny and cramped room that was just disgusting and I almost threw up. The walls were so thin that every time a door closed you would wake up. Not only that, the place where the hotel was is so high crime that you have police cars driving by every minute. I didn't even get 30 minutes sleep. The street and hotel itself was sketchy. The chef in the restaurant was rude, and the hallways were also very cramped and smelt like cigarettes. The rooms came with a microwave and fridge that were both broken. The fridge was empty and the room stinks. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!

Booked it for a friend, staff was slow when checking in and had the excuse that it's busy and all that as there was an event in Wembley. Went to the room to drop the friend off and then left again, came back to wake my friend up and constantly got phone calls from the reception to say you need to leave as the room is only booked for one person. Front desk was rude, no greeting measures and customers left to their own their own devices. Will never book again or recommend it.

Pillows hard ...bed ok . Thank goodness was clean. Room dark as in basement and above very noisy...not much sleep had . Air conditioning noisy too. Will not be staying here again . Over priced room only . Breakfast extra . Other guests had no respect with noise and it seemed like a homeless shelter

Great people on the front desk. The room itself was fine but the shower was a bit of a struggle. The walls are thin.Breakfast is good value. Not many food shops in the immediate vicinity, but to be fair plenty of places less than 15m walk; Caribbean, African, Brasilian, Lebanese et al.The place is better than its 2 stars

Compared to hotels at the same price, that's still an ideal deal. I saw people always cleaning, which is a good thing, but since they don't clean your room until you leave it and as the room was tiny, anything you do would leave its fragrance. The staff are nice and helpful. The bathroom is okay at that price and I always found it clean though hot water takes time to come. Location is good for someone wanting to see Wembley.

Worst experience of my life, the staff was so rude and had no sense of customer service. Friend came to wake me up, and constantly got phone calls to the room to say your friend needs to leave, every 15 minutes. The room was awful, had a bad sleep experience there and there was an awful smell in and around the room, Will never return here and will never recommend it again

A horrific hotel situated in a bad area.Rooms are very poor and lacking in hygieneGoodness knows how this place is rated 3 star . The carpets are filthy and frayed.Didn’t dare touch any food here so can’t comment.Genuinely the worst place I’ve ever stayed.Trying to get another hotel after seeing the room but all booked out so left with no other choice but to stay the night.Staff are pleasant and helpful here
