Bit pricey for a tiny room & too noisy!Firstly, one positive thing is that there was ample street parking just outside the propery and plenty of facilities in the kitchen to cook or make hot drinks . Sadly no kettle in room! However, we weren't informed in advance on how to access our room until when we actually at the property in person that evening, standing at the door getting instructions on the phone. Unfortunately all my texts and calls weren't replied to or answered prior to arriving, so we were getting very concerned that we might not have got in. The room itself was very small, only 2 flat pillows on bed, and ensuite shower wasn't great which was hard to warm up, going from hot to cold. The radiator wasn't warm or hot when we arrived early evening, so appeared to be on a timer as it came on the following morning. Sadly at around 12am in the morning we were woken up by people laughing and talking loudly in the kitchen downstairs, so had to shout to them to be quiet as we were trying to sleep. They said sorry but not good enough! Also could smell weed throughout the house coming from different rooms. Sorry not worth the price we paid :(

This is a good place to stay for the price and location. It is clearly aimed at people who are going out to a event and beers etc. It's not a family hotel or for those who are a bit snobby. Easy walk to Tottenham stadium.

The name is the best thing about the accommodation and absolutely not recommended!1 STAR for: The front door makes a good impression, the accommodation was protected from wind and rain, the heating in the two rooms we booked worked, as did the WiFi.NO STARS for: The rooms themselves are absolutely run down, musty (despite being ventilated) and extremely noisy. A disgrace considering all the room doors that squeaked loudly, didn't close well, had wobbly handles/knobs and the floor creaked loudly with every step. The host cannot be held responsible for the inconsiderate behavior of the other guests even after 10 p.m. (loud music, telephone calls and annoying toddler playing noises), but it does significantly reduce the overall impression. The furniture obviously comes from bulky waste. In the bathroom, which we had to share with at least 2 other guests/families, the paint was peeling off extensively and black mold was growing on the ceiling. There are visible signs of countless, half-hearted, clueless repairs everywhere. A loose, ominous cable stuck out from the roof to the railing of the French balcony in front of our window (with totally dirty curtains) - not very trustworthy - and also from the bathroom wall. The whole house smelled alternately of cigarettes and marijuana. In the smaller room we booked, you can hardly see out of the dirty, spider-webbed window, which is probably intentional, as it offers a view of the trash-filled, disgusting backyard. We saved ourselves the use of the (shared) kitchen provided. We were there between Christmas and New Year's Eve 2023, as parents with a young adult.CONCLUSION: The entire house urgently needs a professional general renovation as well as new, comfortable, attractive room furnishings before it can even accommodate guests again.

We booked a 2-bed room with my son for one night, we arrived at the accommodation late at night. The check-in went smoothly, but the room was not as we ordered, the door could not be closed at all. Anyway, it was clean, but overall I wouldn't spend more days there, one night could be endured, but we tried to come as soon as possible. The price included only the room, nothing else, of course there was a bathroom and a kitchen.
