We stayed at the Premier Inn Leicester Square on our last trip. The hotel has a brilliant location, 5 minutes to Covent Garden or Piccadilly Circus, 2 minutes to Soho, Leicester Square on the doorstep. …

Stayed @ Premier Inn back in April while on holiday, staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check-in early for a nominal fee. The location is fantastic - pretty much central to everything in London: close to shopping, West End, Piccadilly Circus, and Trafalgar Square are all right there. Our particular room was quaint and small, but all we needed was a bed and bathroom so it was ideal. Just a block to the nearest Underground station...good chance we stay here again during our next visit.

First time at this particular Premier Inn but hopefully not the last. A tall and narrow building (due to fantastic central location), we were on the 6th floor with the usual PI quality standard rooms. We were booked in for breakfast and at check-in they asked us for an approximate time we would be down for breakfast, just to help them manage service. Either this works really well or we were just lucky but it was the best breakfast (service, seating availability, no queues and very fresh hot food) I’ve ever had at a PI. The location of the hotel is superb. We were at a matinee at the theatre then a cabaret in the evening and both were walking distance. There was an absolute plethora of restaurants to choose from in between our two destinations. I’d highly recommend the hotel. My only feedback would be to get a bigger luggage storage room to accommodate luggage pre check-in.

This was an affordable hotel (for London) in the very busy area of Leicester Square. The location was perfect and my room was quiet despite the hotel location. Hotel is near many train stations and walking distance to the many other attractions. Staff was friendly and answered all my questions.

Don’t stay here if you want to sleep. There is a night club under the hotel with thumping bass until 3am. Perfect if you are visiting that club but not for anyone else. Rooms are usually premier inn so good standard. Breakfast we very good. Staff helpful and friendly. Just a shame about being in the same building as the club.

The front desk staff especially Neera was amazing. The location was great. The air conditioning (which I paid a higher rate for) never got the room below 70-71 degrees. I had made several inquiries as to why it isn't working and the answer I got was that it is working, I just have to give it time. Then they gave me a fan. Which basically blew the hot air around. Asked them to come to the room to feel temps, no one ever would, they just kept going in a back office and saying, its turned on and should be working. Upon check out I had asked for maybe a reduced rate since I paid for the premium service and was offered a free breakfast instead, I respectfully declined. And if you ask for room service, don't expect much, I asked for room service one time during my 5 days there and all they did was swap out towels. Didn't clean anything or do anything to the bed. Left dirty coffee cups in room. Not very impressed with the brand. However I do understand you get what you pay for, but I did pay for a/c and didn't get it.

Fabulous location for tube and within walking distance of most tourist attractions & theaters. Staff were exceptionally friendly, pleasant & helpful. Breakfast good. We booked a premium room and it was very good and beds was very comfy. Our only issue was that there were a number of stains/marks on the carpet of our room.

We booked premium plus room, it was spacious enough for us. The bathroom looked new. Air conditioning is essential for summer. We loved the location - walking distance to most theatres, restaurants and tube stations. Location is packed with tourists so watch out for scammers and pick pockets. It's a vibrant location.

Best bargain in London. First time at a Premier Inn. FAR exceeded expectations. Room clean, mostly modern, comfortable, and spacious for London standards (we got deluxe room). Paying 10 pounds to check in early is brilliant. Service was incredibly friendly and accommodating and wanted to ensure all was great. Central location. Never ate here so can’t comment as grabbed Starbucks every morning 5 min walk away. Home run.
