Comfortable, nice hotel away from central London. We really liked the breakfast. The room was clean, quiet, with a very comfortable bed. We will make a point to stay at this hotel during our future trips to London.

We are big fans of this hotel and have stayed on numerous occasions yet on this visit witnessed service at breakfast has slipped and the room allocated was very small the first time this has happened to us on our stay . …

They push a lot to check-in early and offer some extra amenities, but since it was a business trip, I didn't want to tack some of them onto the room. Unfortunately, this also means you don't get the benefit of the discounts. Nice, modern hotel. Had to pay with a credit card rather than a EU bank card, which I would have preferred. The room was spacious, although freezing. The air turned off and on during the night, which meant there was a lot of temperature fluctuations. The beds were comfortable, but didn't sleep so well, because the room went from cold, to hot, to cold. Breakfast was pretty good. Typical English breakfast on offer. Very friendly, attentive staff in the breakfast area.

We’ve always had a wonderful experience at the Clayton Chiswick. Whenever we are in London its worth going west to stay at this hotel, the location on Chiswick High Road with great pubs, cafes and shops with its laid back London feel. …

Always trusted to provide a pleasant stay. Quiet - as it is beyond Chiswick and in the no man’s land before Brentford begins. That’s not necessarily a negative however as it does mean that the surroundings are quiet and you’ll have a good nights sleep.Food from the bar/restaurant, best avoided unless you’re desperate.

Overall our stay was very good and we found the room nice and big. All the staff were excellent. There were a few maintenance issues in our room (230) such as the wash basin tap was very stiff to operate, the small towel rail was falling off the wall, the bathroom door squeaked loudly just before it closed shut, there was a foot missing from one corner of the bed which made it “not level”, the heating was unresponsive.

Wonderful stay at Clayton Chiswick. Perfect location where the underground is doorstep from the hotel connected to the central line of London.Surrounded by beautiful parks and gardens, not to mention the worthy experience we got taking part on Saturday weekly race at Gunnersbury Park. The hotel enjoys a mix of posch and casual character and atmosphere. The food is good value for money, perhaps small portions for my taste.Breakfast was outstanding with wide range selection of fresh food. The breakfast staff has been so kind and attentive. Catherine, you played a blinder, thanks for your readiness and closeness.
