This is such a nice hotel in a convenient location. |The person who greeted us (I didn't get his name) was friendly, polite and helpful. The room was spacious, had a wardrobe, and a kettle with tea and coffee provided. …

Nice hotel in a good location. We had a quad room with seperate shower room. Room was small, with nowhere to store luggage but clean and very comfy comfy beds. The kids slept very well. Great wifi. …

Huttons is really neat and clean. Breakfast is fabulous. We are pure vegetarian and have found ample variety in veg breakfast here. Staff are very courteous, polite and helpful. …

Well, our stay in Huttons Hotel is a mixed experience. First of all I want to point out regarding the location of the hotel, it is perfect. Close to major attractions and subway. The staff were nice and friendly too. But when we first arrived they showed us a room below the ground level. The room smells paint and other stuff. I was quite surprised they even offer this room to any customer. After a conversation with the staff, he gave us another room in the fourth floor. The room is totally okay, even though it was small and outdated. But the cleaning service is super. Breakfast is okay too, not a fancy one, but you have everything you need for breakfast. I don't think I will come back to this hotel again next time I visit London. To be honest I think this hotel is a good two stars not three stars thus why I gave two stars in this review too. To sum up, great location, friendly staff, super small and outdated room.

We are a family from Hong Kong, China and did stay at Huttons Hotel at end Sept. 2024. During our stay, your staff, Ms. Albina did give her helpful hands to help us solving lots of issues and problems. …

Only Acceptable - So Many Problems - Not Worth It. We spent 4 nights here, and on night 2, we seriously considered moving out for another hotel. Ruined vacation.Positive aspects:- Excellent Location - very close to Westminster.- OK price given the location.- The hotel was very helpful in arranging problems with allergy.- On the check-out the staff apologised for all the problems we had - but you know this does not make our vacation and spent money better....Negative aspects:- Overall, we really had a bad experience starting the communication - the hotel was not responding for a long time to our Booking.com app messages, which was solved.- On the way of our arruival, the only window was damaged, so the cold was coming through several nights as well as the noice from the street - very noisy street ! - this was finally fixed on our last night - 3/4 nights we have this problem, 6times I we had to go personally to the reception and ask for replacement - the staff promissed, but did not fix. You come for a vacation, hope this will be fixed and nothing.- The breakfast is very modest. No warm scrambled eggs, no sausages, nothing warm. Acceptable for one or two stars hotels, but not for three star hotel. The breakfast is every day exactly the same. The coffee tastes horrible. We kindly asked if at least scrambled eggs could be served, but our request was declined.- The couple-bed is very small, we several times fell off during the night.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations for a 3-star hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist and this I experienced from most staff as well.I really liked the continental breakfast. Each morning, I was treated to a delightful spread that included pastries, a variety of cereals, an assortment of fruits, and deliciously brewed coffee, savoury and sweet and loads of selection of cuts, cheese, cereals etc. The attention to detail in the breakfast selection was evident, and it provided the perfect start to my day.The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. My room was spotless, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining a high standard throughout my stay. The common areas were simple, but well kept.Overall, the hotel provided a wonderful experience that far surpassed the typical expectations of a 3-star hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, a fantastic breakfast, and a clean, comfortable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area!

What a shame of a hotel.... 150 pounds a night and I had the worst stay ever. I know London is expensive for staying in, but if you are reading this post please spend 20 more pounds to get something elsewhere... My room was so small that I had no space to open the luggage than on the bed itself... i stayed there two night and the second night the cleaning was not made. The bathroom was dirty and the sink blocked. And don't get me started on noise... To avoid! Travel lodge compare to there is a fine star!!!
