This was an excellent budget-friendly option for a hotel in Central London. The rooms and bathroom are fairly small, but that’s what you should expect for the price in London. The room was very clean, and serviced every day. The location was excellent, very short walk to the tube, many good food options nearby, and it was easy to travel to all the main tourist areas. Would definitely stay here again.

Stay somewhere else if you want to stay safe and value your life.If you like to pay to sleep in a dog hole then go for it.Broken bathroom door handle see video (you can go in but never come out if you shut the door), cant lock the door (unsafe), Broken window latch(can't keep it closed opens on its own), open wire sockets, damage (hole/crack) in bath with only sealant to file it service atrocious and couldn't care less

Although space quite small for the bedroom but the bathroom and toilet is huge…. Very clean, comfy. Water heater works well! Its located just next to main road, and can hear cars honking but its really no biggie when you are tired and wanted to sleep

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at, stayed there for 2 night and ended up getting bed bug bites from there . When speaking to the manager on the phone, she was being extremely rude and offered to pay me 50 pounds as compensation (partial refund) claiming that she doesn’t fully believe that I got it from the hotel which is completely disrespectful. However when I told her I’m gonna leave a bad review she hung up the phone and didn’t give me a refund. Very disrespectful! If I can put no stars I would

Clean and comfortable - other than that the room we stayed in had many damages upon arrival.|After having £200 taken from my card in case of future damages we were shocked to see the rooms were already damaged. …

Rooms were clean but fairly small so there wasn't a ton of space to unpack if you have large luggage (we only do carry-on so we were fine). You enter the room and there's only a small night stand, bed, TV and against the wall is another small table with the instant coffee set-up. The walls are a but thin so we could hear conversations and the comings/goings of other guests. The toilet was in this Itty bitty corner and I can imagine if you were tall, you wouldn't be very comfortable. One of the rules was that you can't eat in the room which I thought was a little odd but I guess it's due to having no space anyway.I think it was fine for a 1-2 night stay. It's in a great location, very walkable to the tubes, plenty of restaurants and stores around as well. Short walk from Covent Garden.

Genuinely the worst hotel experience I have EVER had. Dangerous that this place is still bookable.I stayed here about a year ago when I was on a low-budget vacation with a friend. We are not unfamiliar with what cheap hotels can be like, but honestly, I wouldn't agree to stay at this hotel for FREE. Here is a list of EVERYTHING that went wrong:⚫ We had to wait a few hours for our room to be ready and they offered to keep our luggage until then in a random closet with NO lock or security⚫ Our room was in an unfinished basement, the floor was ripped out in some places (see pictures)⚫ They gave us the wrong room (1 twin bed when we booked 2 twin beds) and tried to tell us we booked it wrong even though we showed them the confirmation. Eventually they did switch us but we had to put up a fight.⚫ Our new room still had someone else's stuff in it (seriously)⚫ We had no key card, just a physical key which is fine but we had to return it to the front desk EVERY time we left the hotel. They did not check IDs when we came back and asked for our key - even when the front desk person changed⚫ Again, no security, all room keys are in a box on the desk, unlocked and sometimes unattended⚫ No signal in the basement⚫ At night, there was a teenage receptionist who was alone and couldn't have been older than 15/16⚫ There was no hot water in our room. Instead of upgrading us, they gave us a second room key to the room next door that we would have to shower in.⚫ We heard screams in the middle of the night⚫ A worker entered our room in the morning while we were still SLEEPING ‼️‼️The last point was our last straw, and we ended up asking for a refund because we felt unsafe and frankly violated. They refused to give us a refund despite admitting to being at fault for the treacherous experience we had. They claimed the hotel manager was "abroad" and they were unable to contact them. They did offer us a room upgrade after the first night (to the rooms NOT in the basement) but like I said, you couldn't ask me to stay there for FREE. We ended up leaving and getting a room at a big chain hotel down the street. To top it all off, I left a gold ring in the room and housekeeping stole it. When I came back to look for it, it was gone and the front desk said no lost items had been reported. This is a cautionary tale, DO NOT STAY AT THE CHESHIRE HOTEL IN LONDON!!! The location/price is not worth the trauma.

Clean and comfortable - other than that the room we stayed in had many damages upon arrival. After having £200 taken from my card in case of future damages we were shocked to see the rooms were already damaged. After reporting the damages so as not be blamed the staff advised they were already aware. After paying almost £200 for 1 night stay this is quite shocking to think that they had not been repaired before future guest arrivals.

Truly the worst hotel ever. Nasty rooms and stained sheets, it’s gross! I ignored the reviews when i booked, do not fall into the same trap. There are plenty of other options of hotels and airbnb, even if you have to pay a bit more, it’s worth it. This place will ruin your experience in London. Tried to inform the receptionist that the sheets were stained as we were checking out, “okay we’ll check” is all I got, not even an apology.AVOID!
