This hotel is excellent. Everything was good. You can leave your bags before check in timeIt's a 5 minute walk from Waterloo and with the central line you can go virtually anywhere easily. The sound proofing was great, there were additional tea/ coffee/ milk which was great. We got breakfast and although there were queues, the food was very very good. So that didn't bother us. And the air con was lovely! Thanks for a great stay, we stayed at Fleet Street last time and given the local stations and tons of restaurants on The Cut, this was by far the superior location.

Stayed 3 days at this location in August, 2 adults and a kid.Beautiful room, clean, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Location is perfect, just 10 minutes easy walk to the Eye of London. Great restaurant within 2 minutes walk, there is also a great restaurant at the hotel.Phenomenal price for such location. Check in and check out took around 3 minutes combined. You can store your bags if you have a late flight for no charge. Bus stations few minutes walk away if you need to use it. Overall 10/10 experience and would stay again.

This wasn't my best experience of a Premier Inn.|I arrived at 2.10pm, not realising check in was at 3pm. I was offered an early check in for £10, so went for a coffee and came back.  …

Perfect experience. Everything was ok for a family trip at an affordable price.||The position is very close to Underground. Rooms are clean and the Hotel staff was very helpful and always present.||The breakfast was perfect combo price/quality also because the children’s doesn’t pay for it.

I was a little surprised that this was a nice premier inn as some of the ratings were not great. It was nice and clean and the room was very modern. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The food was lovely from the restaurant/bar, which was opposite.Good choice for both the evening meal and the breakfast.

This hotel was great! The staff were very nice and the place was clean and GREAT location.I would avoid eating at the place next door though. Not good, people aren't nice and they wouldn't allow my partner to bring my breakfast to the room, even though i was not feeling well.

We stayed here for 6 nights whilst visiting London- the hotel is in a great location, with some great cafes and restaurants close by and a 15 min walk to Borough Market. There is nowhere to unpack your clothes into- no drawers or shelves which meant we had to live out of our luggage. The beds were comfy

I stayed 2 nights here.Room was clean and tidy. The shower was excellent.Air con easy to use which is always a plus!Great location, short walk to nearest tube and then great access to all the tourist spots.Breakfast was lovely, good quality food and the staff were helpful. On one night, someone rattled the door handle at around 1am trying to get in, that was quite unsettling but it only happened once. I mentioned it to reception the next morning and they apologised, no one else had reported an issue so probably just someone trying to get in the wrong room but it did disturb my night.

We are a group or three adults and four small children, booking together with two family rooms, intending to help care for the children together, so a room side by side was imperative. Upon arrival we paid for early check-in, went up to our two decently large rooms, but one of the rooms had an absolutely awful stench. It smelled of stale mould or some sort of rotting smell. House cleaning was only down the corridor so I went to ask for assistance, only to be told I had to go to reception. Leaving my two small children with the other parents, I went to reception and was offered to move ONLY one of the rooms, or to have a dehumidifier. That wouldn't remove the smell, and we needed to stay together. After some insistance that we needed rooms together, suddenly we would be able to have two rooms together and one of the rooms is ready now, but the other one isn't. I called the other members in my party to check this was okay and to tell them to pack up our belongings again, only to then be told that the rooms offered were actually not next to each other as said. Again, I said they need to be together. Reception then told me there are two rooms together, but neither are ready so all our things have to be brought back to reception to be held there. After what was a huge inconvenience to bring our things downstairs again, we then had to remind them to refund our early check-in fee, which was, at best, begrudgingly agreed to with a literal waving of her hand in our direction. We went about our day, and returned when the rooms are ready. We got to our rooms with thoroughly exhausted adults and children to find that we have been given significantly smaller rooms. Honestly it is hard to believe that we weren't given lower quality rooms due to the fact that I insisted on like for like situation with the rooms being next to each other. No room should have smelt like that first one in the first place, what were they thinking giving that to us as a 'ready' room, then for the whole exchange process to be such a fuss with no attempt to make up for the inconvenience. It's disgraceful and honestly this whole thing has ruined the experience for us.
