I stayed many times at this hotel but this time I had a bad experience. I stayed for 8 nights there but even when I asked my room to be cleaned- they just didn’t do it. The room was not so clean when I checked in. I complained several tines at the reception, and only once the cleaners came. The team there is very nice and they apologised but it’s like staying at an apartment not a hotel. I think maybe it’s a new policy of the management of PI not to clean the rooms and save money by that, otherwise I see no reasonable expectation for this.

First time in London, first and last time stain at the Premier Inn and Cheswick. I was with the group of 50 each person in the group complained there was no reception at the reception desk the person was maybe composed of two people the rooms were dirty And had bedbugs. It was impossible to get service there. You have to check yourself in, you have to ask for towels because they don’t put any in the rooms. There are no phones in the room to reach reception or call anyone for help. The hotel is located very far from the city. Trust me pay the extra money and stay else where. You’ll end up saving more if you stay closer to the city. There are no restaurants near, NOTHING! DIRTY, INFESTED. RUDE, Never again !

I would strongly advise finding somewhere else, this has become a dirty poorly manage Hotel. I have stayed regularly over the last five years and it has gone from a well run place to a money grabbing mess.

Great location for the event I was attending. The service was very basic. I wanted a coffee in the bar but the machine was broken. The rooms are very dated and the furniture and furnishings seem quite old and a bit worn. Very quiet during the night though so I slept well. For some reason the rooms are very cold even inside summer.

Such lovely staff particularly check-in & our waitor. Made us immediately feel very relaxed which set off the whole stay. Thank you very muchEvery-thing just right - amazing value for money. Very comfortable & quiet. Slept very well. Loved the signs to tip toe to the rooms 😁😎 As a lady of a certain age who normally stays in 5 star when travelling, initially I was worried about the outside aspect of the Inn but that all changed as soon as we stepped inside. Very handy location Again, Whoever chooses the staff here is doing an amazing job đŸ€©

Stayed here last night and was a bit disappointed after staying in numerous premier inns in the past. Access to the hotel very easy and surprisingly large car parking spots available especially if you drive a large car. Lady at reception was pleasant and professional so an easy check in. The room was a little small but had everything you needed but the windows are fixed shut so no fresh air available, very stuffy! The hotel seemed very under staffed and lots of customers waited a long time to get served at the bar. We grabbed a meal before we left and it wasn’t great, cold uncooked chips/steak undercooked/salad a bit limp. The manager (I think he was) and the young guy working the restaurant were really nice. The rest of the staff maybe with the exception of the barman were really unhelpful and looked really miserable almost like they couldn’t be bothered. The “cooked” breakfast the next day looked ok but literally everything I picked up and put on my plate when I sat down was cold! Very unpleasant to eat so we went out and bought a breakfast at a local restaurant. Such a shame, only bad experience I’ve ever had in a premier inn.The guy cleaning the rooms when we left was the only real positive part of the stay, he said “good morning “ asked if we “slept well” and “have a nice day”. Big smile on his face.Sorry should add we slept really well, beds as usual were really comfortable.

The worst Premier Inn I have stayed in. The room was dirty, it hadn't been hoovered. The chair was stained. We weren't totally convinced the bed had been changed. Sweet paper inside bed side cabinet.

A good place for a 1-2 days budget London trip in my opinion. A pro is the car park below. Not free but at least with discount after check in. The breakfast and dinner is nothing special but the service there is nice. The meal deal is good. BUT the cleaning of the hotelroom is very bad.

the rooms were as decent as you'd expect from a premier inn, and so were the staff! good experience inside the hotel, but the location gave a little discomfort - some undesirables hanging around the front entrance.
