Went there today (06.10.2024) for their afternoon tea. Place was full of some nasty flies sitting everywhere, our food included. We all complained about it. They discounted the service fee from the bill, which we found considerate given the situation. Until we heard the guy serving us making fun of customers and the flies issue in the kitchen with a colleague.

Stayed here on a last minute, missed-flight layover. Dario at reception was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. The rest of the staff was fantastic as well — especially the doormen (Mo was particularly good). Fabulous location and very comfortable rooms. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Stay away. Absolutely shocking experience. Booked an afternoon tea. The room and the food was covered in flies. Staff even moved us from one room to another but the flies followed. Such a shame as the venue and the building is beautiful but honestly by far the worst afternoon tea experience I’ve ever had.

Waited several hours to be checked in while other guest got immediate service. Expected this from a 3-star hotel. Not a 5. Would recommend staying elsewhereEdit- reduced a star since air conditioning is inoperable for multiple days.
