A great hotel, the staff are fantastic and very attentive. The room was clean and had a small fridge in it which was handy for my 11 year old snacks. …

I definitely enjoyed so much my stay with you!!! All the staff are lovely, the room is big enough (big bed with a soft quilt, desk with a chair, a sofa/2nd bed, tv, mini fridge, hair dryer, and I loved the mirror before to leave the room with a so nice light. There are several plugs (except the bathroom), well acoustically insulated from adjoining rooms, all clean, and so big windows (although it cannot be opened), The heating worked perfectly by A/C. All the hotel is clean and nice, and the restaurant is so good too.So well connected by public transport, 2 underground so close, depending where do you want to go, buses, and all the services you need around you (Cafeteria, restaurants, bars, supermarkets,....)Thank you for everything!!! If I need to be back to London, I'm pretty sure where I will go!

Stayed here for one night over August bank holiday weekend. The location is great. Check in was 3pm and we arrived at 1:45pm and asked for early check in so that we could leave our bags, answer was yes for £10 or they had a storage room we could leave bags in. We opted for the £10. We had a standard family room which we found spacious and clean. The beds were really comfortable. We returned after a busy day walking around London at around 10:50pm and were keen to get a quick drink in the restaurant. However the staff were not so keen to serve us and advised that we could have a drink but we must take it up to our room. The bar area was still quite busy so we decided to sit at a table and drink it which was fine with them in the end.We paid extra for the breakfast option and our 9 year old was free which was a great offer. The restaurant was really busy however with not enough staff on and there was a large queue to wait to be seated. Overall, a good stay and would stay there again.

Visited for a weekend stay in London. It is convenient for tube with two stations within a few minutes walk. Modern hotel and seems clean. Our room was nice and no issues but we had paid for the plus room. …

I only stayed for a night because I was moving from one apartment to another. I had lots of heavy boxes and a very kind lady called Grace helped me out with all the boxes and very kindly provided me with a trolley. She went above and beyond and I was very grateful for that. Furthermore, the room was clean and comfy.

For me, the location is perfect as my sons student housing is around the corner. The rooms are regular size, clean, and the mattress is comfortable. There are no USB plugs in the room and no US outlets. You will need a UK adaptor. The staff was excellent with recommending laundry service, wheelchair assistance, storing our bags, and check in/out.My one complaint is this: Room 136 and the entire first floor was flooded with cigarette smell. All my clothes, even the unworn/dry cleaned, had to washed when I got home. This had me a bit upset since the jackets are dry clean only and I had to repay to dry clean clothes that I never wore and were still on the hangers in bags. I did ask for a new room but could not get one. Next time I go, I’ll be asking for a room on the third floor or higher.

I stayed here with my father and my 2 kids in a family room for 5 nights. We loved the hotel the most of our stay in London. The staff working in the breakfast is super friendly and kind to children, also the guys working in the reception and cleaning were always helpful and nice to us. Everything was cleaned on a daily bases, the food at the breakfast was excellent. The location is good, two steps from tube and there are many supermarkets around. London Bridge is also close, but around that area you can find also markets and local shops.

I had a Plus room which was supposed to be an upgraded room. The carpet was dirty, there was phone charging outlets only on one side of the bed. The refrigerator was very small. You can hardly fit two small bottles of drinks. In addition, the refrigerator in my room had a thick block of ice since it was not defrosting. During our 5 nights stay the elevator was out and we had to climb 5 stories each time. There is no responsible person or manager at the property to hear your complaints or do something. This hotel has a limited personnel to attend to any needs. Very basic and slim/trim operation. I expected at least a couple of nights of free stay out of my 5 nights stay. They are cheap .
