Room was clean and maintained. Service at reception though was poor. Whenever we wanted to speak to the receptionist they were never there, you press the call button but no one comes.Food and breakfast was good.

It was a great hotel in a fab location. The breakfast was as advertised and very tasty. The best bit was the very good service from all the staff, especially Siraj! We liked the easy tube links into London, with the station just round the corner. We will definitely be back.

I don't normally leave reviews unless I'm impressed with a place but I have to mention this hotel as it was a mixed bag to say the least.First the positives, the room was big and airy with good air-con and the breakfast was fantastic. Now the negative, the check in receptionist was the most surly, unfriendly and uncommunicative host we have ever experienced after 40 odd years of visiting hotels......he just stared at his computer tip tapping away without a welcome or a smile or a hello. He took forever to even acknowledge us and we'd already booked and paid in advance so how hard can it be to hand over a key to a tired family at 9pm at night......Comparing this employee to the super happy, friendly and chatty man who seated us at breakfast was like polar opposites, that chap deserves a raise!Location is perfect for the tube into London.

I went to have evening meal with my friends and we received a very nice warm welcome from the teams. As far as I remember the names were Shiraz, Raffy and Samer. I would definitely come again and recommend to my other friends and family. I genuinely love premier inn as a hotel.

My name is Joyce. My room was 311. I and my coworker Zippy stayed there together with our guests from 23rd to 30th October. I would have given a 5 star but one of your staff Maria made it unpleasant. I have to say the days she was off, it was peace on earth. Your staff were happy and glad that they wont see her for afew days. Her attitude towards customers and fellow staff is outrageous. No professionalism and respect towards people. No mannerism at all. So why is she in this industry if one can't have people's skills. There is a way to talk especially infront of people. My guests were upset with Maria and it was a huge relief the days she was off.We normally use premier inn twice a year. I would like to thank staff who work in premier inn Edgware for their dedication and service towards customers. Kulsom the hotel manager who was very professional in dealing with afew complaints we had and ensured our guests were catered for. I was impressed that you came to apologise to our guests due to afew hicups. Additionally just to see you on the floor with other staff was very encouraging. A true leader is a servant and you did that very well. You led by example. Siraj thank you so much for going over and above especially on 27th of October as we were late going to central London. Thank you for the initiative to offer breakfast or packed breakfast as this particular guest was leaving very early on 30th. Thou he didnt get the chance to have it, your service and proactiveness impressed that guest.Raafy anything I needed or had questions you were there, Lucas the Gen -z lad, your maturity at this young age speaks volumes. My colleague was very impressed and wants to help you get an attachment in accounting career. Arkam thank you so much. Bonnie if am not wrong on name the Chinese staff. Thank you for your service. You have all been kind. I know it's not easy dealing with customers but ur aptitude and attitude was remarkable.Thank you all to also the ladies who cleaned our rooms, providing essentials that were needed. It's the little things that makes life worth living.JoyceR

Room is OK, but overall this hotel is a rip off. Poor quality customer service, staff look miserable. You have to pay for proper WiFi, no regular cleaning of room and even when you do ask for it to be cleaned it's just OK. The worst part is the extortionate parking charges. You have to pay every time you leave the car park. So if you are staying for a while and driving out more than once - get ready to pay ridiculous prices (even for London!)

The shower was a bit crap. The flow was too close to the wall and there wasn't a hand-held head, just the up high cascade shower. The hotel location was spot on and parking available. The reception staff and the manager were absolutely lovely, really helpful and generally lovely people. The down votes are for the restaurant, unfortunately
