This hotel is one of the worst, especially considering the price. It desperately needs an update. The staff requires more training, and the carpets smell awful. The room is poorly lit, making it very dark, and the bathrooms are atrocious. The shower is useless—it should be handheld. Even the towels looked dirty. There was no phone in the room, and the breakfast selection was very limited, with most items, like the croissants, being cold.To top it off, parking costs £14 per night! Are you kidding me? Avoid parking there and use JustPark instead.I will not visit again, nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

The staff is the main reason we go to this hotel ….. very friendly, a big shout out to Rexi, Yashika and Faiyaz… they make us feel like we are at home.||Yashika makes the best coffee. The bed are very comfortable, the room are always clean and tidy. Alex

Paid for breakfast. The next morning they asked me to pay again. I showed them I had paid the night before and showed the bank account where it had been taken. They still refused and made me look like I was trying to get a free breakfast. 21.98 isn't even worth it.Asked for a refund, they just ended up charging me again. Out £46 and got nothing for it but some bad looks.Update: the money was taken from my bank twice. I had to call premier inn customer service and my bank a dozen times total. I've only had one refund so far. But it's been hours of calling to get their messages sorted. I still have to keep calling to get the other refund. This is not worth the hassle. I'll never book premier inn again.

A good hotel with a nice continental breakfast, also bookable as an "English" version. The rooms are large and clean, there is enough space. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center by underground. The staff in the breakfast room are very friendly.I was there with my son for 6 nights and we felt very comfortable. We would love to return as a group of three, then with my wife, but unfortunately you can't book with 3 adults, although the number of beds and the size of the room would make it possible.

We had a brilliant stay, the staff were exceptional and couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel had a very large party of European guests all eating dinner at the same time, however the hotel managed to accommodate us for our evening meal with a private table and the tv channel of our choice. The menu had a good range of food and was well presented and good quality. At breakfast all 117 European guests were eating at the same time again, the restaurant operative did an excellent job of organizing everybody when little English being spoken by the guests, Seharun was absolutely brilliant, keeping her cool and still taking the time to make sure we were made to feel special. We are looking forward to our next stay as the hotel is ideally situated close to London transport and a good hub to visit the capital.

Disappointing Experience at Premier Inn Hanger Lane, London"I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Hanger Lane in London, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. My room had a distinct damp smell, which made my stay uncomfortable. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, Roxy, her response was unprofessional and unhelpful, making the situation even worse.Upon informing Roxy about the damp smell in my room, she was dismissive and rude, making me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. Instead of addressing the issue herself, she sent a subordinate to spray a substance in the room that only exacerbated the problem. This experience had severe consequences for my partner, who suffers from asthma. The overwhelming smell caused an asthma attack, and we were left with no choice but to check out of the hotel immediately. It is incredibly disheartening to be treated with such disregard, especially when staying at a reputable establishment like Premier Inn. I would expect better customer service and more attentive management at such a hotel.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Premier Inn Hanger Lane, London, to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The poor room conditions, unprofessional management, and inadequate handling of guest concerns make this hotel a less-than-desirable choice for anyone visiting the area.

Overall pretty poor stay- this hotel really is not what we’ve come to expect from premier inns having stayed at other locations.Firstly the good part- the hotel is in a good location and very close to the tube station. That’s about it.Now the bad which there was a lot. The rooms were not in a great condition especially the bedding. The quilt had a large orange stain on and the pillows had what looked like blood stains on which we had to change. The rooms could do with refreshing as there were marks all over the walls. The shower was a bit of a pain to use and outdated. The shower head didn’t move so wasn’t ideal either. Being picky but the toilet had a dispenser and not an actual toilet roll holder which is more what I expect from a pub toilet and doesn’t give much of a homely feeling. Not the hotels fault however other guests very noisy and banging at night and nothing was done. The hallways were filthy and rubbish on the stairs remained there from the Saturday we arrived and the exact same rubbish was there on the Tuesday when we left. Marks all over the carpets- I get people drop stuff but this was there during our stay and isn’t the nicest welcome when you get back to the hotel. Clearly they don’t clean the floors or vacuum.Part of the plug socket light in the room was also broken, don’t think it would have done anything but didn’t want to touch it just in case and isn’t what you expect- should be fixed.Overall would not recommend and will not be returning to this location of premier inn. Real shame as this location does not represent what we are used to with premier inn.

Really good location about 5 minutes walk from the underground station - Hanger Lane. The room was quite dark no really natural light, but reasonably clean. Breakfast was good and it seemed to be better in terms of your choice of hot food being available, the earlier you got there. Staff seemed helpful and polite.

we chose this for the location and parking and on that everything was fine. Easy to get to, plenty of secure parking at a reasonable rate (£14 per day). The overall hotel looked very tired and a little tatty. The room was very sparse, no picture or decor on the walls, was tatty in various places. The bed was fine. The bathroom was clean enough but so old and just looked run down

Not the best Premier Inn I'd stayed in but decent enough. Family rooms were rather spacious but everything looked tired and dated, could do with a more modern refresh compared to others I've stayed in. Also rather noisey at night, especially on a Friday but that's due to the fact that it's off of the A road, not due to guests.Night check it service was tediously slow as priority was given to sorting colleagues access passes during check in, rather than get me checked in at 11pm with a child, so that was frustrating. Parking on site charged at £14 per 24 hours but we stayed 12 and still payed full amount.Morning service was much better but full English Breakfast was rather limited in selection and honestly quiet bland. The staff were very friendly and attentive, providing help with everything when needed. These guys deserve a 5 star but the night staff sadly let this place down. Would stay here again if I could check in during the day as it is conveniently located with spacious rooms.
