We stayed for 1 night, excellent location, 10 minutes walk to Ealing Broadway station, good range of shops and restaurants. The room was spotless and as usual the beds very comfy.Lakshmi is THE MOST ATTENTIVE, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL member of staff I’ve ever known in any Premier Inn, or hotel.My daughter is gluten free, she brought freshly washed cutlery and had her breakfast specially cooked for her.We will definitely stay again. Thank you

Good location as near Elizabeth line which gets you into central London in 10 min. When we booked the room we were notified via email that the air con isn't working, so when we arrived we checked and indeed it wasn't working ( although the receptionist argued that the air con is working) we asked for a fan, she promised to sort one out but it never arrived. At 3 am my husband went downstairs into reception for a fan as it was unbelievably hot in the room and we couldn't sleep. As we are a family of 4 we needed two extra beds, one was ok but the second one was placed right under TV so we couldn't watch TV as it was too loud for my son, we felt the room we got wasn't a family room as there wasn't enough room for two extra beds. We feel disappointed as we stay in Premier Inn a lot but this time we didn't enjoy it. We feel we should be refunded for our stay but there was no one on reception when we were leaving.

Very impressed by the newly renovated rooms. Great check-in service from Lakshmi - she's an asset to the hotel. Property seemed understaffed in other areas. Good location very close to shops and restaurants. Less than 10 min walk to Elizabeth Line. Would happily stay again.

My wife and I have stayed here before and were very satisfied, but the service has improved even more. A faultless stay made special by the superb staff, in particular Karina and Sehaj, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Room was great, food was great - what more can I say?
