The rooms are definitely a bit small, but the bed is comfy and the bathroom is nice. The staff were incredibly nice and attentive. The location can't be beat - you are in easy walking distance to the British Museum, the British Library and King's Cross, Charing Cross Road, and theaters. And the Bloomsbury area is just beautiful.

The rooms are nice and clean. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, soap and hand cream and overall it is very lovely. If you have elderly people with you or you yourself have problems with your lungs or knees I would recommend getting a room on a lower level because there are many stairs that are quite steep. The staff is very friendly and are always there to help. The breakfast and breakfast room are a bit small but it's enough and very cute. The location is the best of all. You can get anywhere you want within at most 30 minutes by foot. It's very good.

Lovely hotel & service, room was nice & clean. The double bed was very soft & uncomfortable, seemed like the mattress was very old & well past it's use by date! I'd also like a towel rail in the bathroom & ideally a hook for the hand towel, there's nowhere for the hand towel to reside.

I booked the single bed room. It's small but perfect if you only want a place to sleep. The bed is super confortable and the water pressure in the shower is great. Breakfast is good too. And all the staff were super kind. Also, the location is great. I would totally book here again!

I chose to stay here on my work trip because it was within my company's budget. It was ok. It wasn't spectacular, it wasn't fancy, but it had everything i needed and was equidistant between Euston and an event I was attending. I also went to the Adelphi theatre in the evening and that was walkable too. Location was absolutely fine. The shower was lovely, the bed was comfortable, the towels were fresh and fluffy, it was a good temperature, everything in the room worked. I had a nice little view of a courtyard but of course that meant everybody could potentially also see into the room.In terms of maintenance, it is an old building so there are obviously issues that go with that in terms of decor, floor creakiness, layout etc. The paint in the bathroom above the shower had started peeling off etc but it didn't particularly impact my stay any.I didn't pop down for breakfast so can't comment on that, but my one night stay was pleasant enough.

The hotel is close to a metro station (5. min Goodge Street). The room was perfect for 3 people. The additional bed mattress needs replacement. A bit too much dust on the shelfs. But breakfast was ok. We had a room the the yard side and it was nice and quiet.

Room was great for what I needed it for...but could imagine it being quite small for a couple. Still, location was perfect, short walk from the tube and despite being directly on the main road, it was nice and quiet.Breakfast was basic but really tasty. I would definitely stay again.

I stayed at this hotel for five nights in June. Whilst the location was excellent I was faced with lugging a heavy case up several flights of stairs. OK, I thought, I won't need to do that again. On arriving at my room I was rather dismayed by its size. A good 30% was taken up by the bathroom. It was oppressive and incredibly small even though it was classed as 'standard'The desk was unusable except as a surface for the fan. There was no room to do anything but sleep and go to the bathroom.Breakfast was good as was the service.I suggest that the Premier Inn hub might offer a good precedent for the design of a small room.

My mum, my daughter and myself stayed 5 nights. The hotel is lovely. The staff are friendly and definitely helpful! The breakfast is fresh each morning and the 3 workers took great care in the running of the breakfast and the room. …

Single room much too small. No closet to place any clothes. Single rooms only to noisy street. Only 3 hangers which I had to use for the towels, since there where no hanging places for it. Lucky enough I had my own hangers for shits and trowsers. No elevator. Breakfast very poor. Only low fat yoghurt or plantet base yoghurt, which seemed to be very strange. No full range milk, no meat, no real coffee like espresso etc. No organic food. Not worth for a so called 4 Star Hotel. Personal was nice and helpfull, but could not help for better food. I think the management for this hotel is very bad. I do not know about the other hotels in this group. The next time I will try to find a better hotel on the same pricelevel, which might not be very easy, since London is for everbody very and too much expensive, even for people who live there permanent.
