My friends and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It wasn't a horrible experience but definitely odd. I will say this was the only place within our budget during our trip. The staff was always extremely nice to us and accommodating. The room itself was okay. It was small but had a tv, two beds and a private bathroom. Although the bathroom is a decent size the shower and sink area are extremely tiny, we definitely could have used counter space or a tiny table in there. One of our windows did not open and had a whole in it and the other barely opened. The room got extremely hot!! We did eventually ask for a fan which was free of cost. The shared kitchen is odd. The entire fridge/freezer was full so we didn't have room for our food or drinks (not the hotels fault, they have lots of people staying there). There was a stove, two microwaves and a sink. The odd part is that it ask guest to not cook. A little confused why it has everything to cook but asks us not to... The connected smoking area is fine but it faces an alley which was dirty. Our first night the other guests were quiet but the rest of the visit they were very loud and slamming doors! The area it's in fine. During the day we explored, got some yummy food and it's super close to the underground. However, during the night it's also very loud outside. Our first night I could not sleep due to the outside sounds. There were people surrounding the buss stop and they were fist fighting all night. As well as blasting music. The police came by two times. These people did not quite down until 3am and then around 6:30am they begin setting up the market which is also very loud. The rest of the nights I didn't hear any fighting but people were just loud outside and blasting fireworks. I'd say this place is good for one to two nights but I don't recommend staying longer than that. I do want to preference again that the people working here were VERY NICE!! We had no issues with them. It was a decent, budget friendly place to stay.

I can’t describe how shitty it was. No service at all. Bed mattresses was broken i could hear spring’s sound my ribs were so sore. Dirrty toilet, water flow in the toilet was not good water. Toilet wash basin was blocked even though after complaining it was still not working. No door mats in toilet. Pillows was hard as rock. Blinds were dirty. There wasn’t any soup in the toilet. Not recommended at all. Worst hotel stay of my life.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Started off our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 8pm due to maintenance issues with the shower. …

I was speechless to say the least. As I'm not a very fussy kind of person I thought it can't be THAT bad but my god it sure was....for the first time ever I saw a hotel room with a whole in the middle of the headboard of the bedframe, white …

Avoid!!!1)The area is horrible.2) The room is horror, we found ants on the walls, the bed sheets were yellow, we couldn’t trust to sleep on the bed sheets so I put the towel on it.3) People screaming around the hotel at night and from outside.4) Hotel smells like Indian restaurant.5) If you care about your belongings and for you safety avoid this area and this Hotel.6) If you think that the hotel from the photos looks ok… it doesn’t. I would not recommend this hotel. When I arrived, we had booked a twin room but there was apparently an issue with the twin rooms so we were moved into a double. …

Such place cannot be called a hotel!!! It's completely unhygienic, a disaster. We're still wondering how England doesn't have a health authority that can close this place down. Unfortunately, we paid for two nights, we could stay bearable for one night. The room was full with mould, bed sheets were dirty, and there was a very bad smell in the room. Even though we ventilated the room leaving windows and door open (in November), it didn't help at all. We had to wear masks all the time. The bathroom was full with mould too. The sink was leaking and the shower wasn’t separated from the toilet. When we reported all this, they informed us there were no more available rooms for that night. Early in the morning next day, they offered us a "clean" room indicating guests paid for it quite more money that we did for ours (170 pounds). How could they imagine we were going to stay there, with such unhygienic unbearable conditions?. We didn't want to see the "clean" room.Off course they stole the money of the second night. No refund policy. We didn't book through booking. That's why we cannot comment there. We hope this review prevents any one to stay there.By the way, the receptionists were kind but couldn’t help us with our reimbursement request. Why do they work for such place? It was impossible to reach the hotel’s manager.

disgusting. dirty hotel, toilets don’t flush, smells bad inside, staff are sarcastic and rude, limited food or drink available at extremely overpriced rates, rooms are small and beds contain bed bugs. Got bitten too much.
