Excellent location ; Earl’s Court station is within walking distance except relatively smaller room. A number of shops and restaurants in the vicinity but the Dreamtel cafe served excellent breakfast without having to venture outside. The noddle dinner was delicious. The Cafe manager is very friendly and service oriented. Strongly recommended.

Always tend to stay here for work. The rooms are always immaculate, really close to central and reasonably priced. Allow early check in at no extra cost and provide extras such as tea, biscuits and toiletries. Beds are comfy also, would recommend to anyone travelling for work as it’s super convenient and always have a comfortable stay

Before you arrive, remind yourself that you've chosen a comparatively low-cost option in a super expensive city, and adjust your expectations accordingly. Everything here is tiny. …

It is a very small hotel in a building that is more than 100 years old. Rooms are small. It was enough space for me in a room with a double bed. However, there was so much space between the bed and the floor so I had to literally climb on it. Staff was helpful when I had some minor issues. However, they turned the AC in my room remotely multiple times which was annoying because I am not so much of an AC person in autumn. I had to turn it off every time. The shower was a little slow on water. I could see this building was redone a looooooong time ago. I could hear subway trains from outside because my window was looking at the tracks. I slept well regardless. THE LOCATION AND PRICE IS WORTH IT. I recommend, especially if you don’t want to spend 150 GBP + per night. Get it in Agoda

I have booked this room from last minute.com, very dissappointed! The recepctionist was very cold, not wanting to be there! Then the lift had a whoobly door, scary and did not reach the fifth floor, only until 4th floor. The room is so small, we need a traffic light to tell each other when we were passing! No space for nothing. Bed was far too high! No chair to sit down. Bathroom door did not close properly. Breakfast expensive for cold salsages, cold scrambled eggs, person who was there was staring at us when we helped ourselves. Old carpet, smelling horrible! If you want a horrible experience book this hotel.

Absolutely horrid experience staying at this hotel. The only thing good about this place was the location. The rooms were small and cramped almost like a ship’s cabin. We had booked a Deluxe Room for three people and we were given some room in the basement with a view of the drains. The washroom is not clean, the shower curtains are broken and there are some stains on the same. The beds are way too high to get into, not recommended for older people or people who cant reach high places. Not worth it for the prices they are asking.

Worst stay ever! If you want, have a pleasant stay in London don't book here! First off, the AC was broken. We couldn't sleep because of the heat. Second, the shower didn't work as well. When I confronted the staff about these problems they told me I would get a refund and they will fix the problems. But yet still got no refund. So if you want to be scammed come to this hotel

My husband and I stayed here for one night. We arrived early and were allocated early check in for no extra cost. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for renovations so we were given £20 refund for breakfast. …
