We booked a room last second here as our trains had all been cancelled due to a fire on the tracks. We were able to get in straight away with ease. Rooms where nice, decor was ace. Staff where really friendly and helpful. We were in a basement room so there was a little "damp" feeling in the air as expected (no signs of damp or anything like that) not the end of the world tho!The room was equipped with kettle, microwave, mini oven, fridge, tea, coffee, milks, towels, TV and a fan so more than enough for a stay!

Overall the room is a cheap stay, I actually picked the room because it had better reviews than other more expensive hotels. However I felt it didn’t even offer the basics in a nice way.  …

Easily the worst place I’ve ever stayed! I’d rather pay double and go anywhere else. Filthy floor, curtains, tv and every other surface, graffiti style walls, doors and halls, three floors up without a lift. …

The room was small and incredibly hot. The window was propped open by a clothes hanger… which meant that it was still very hot but also loud from the street. The bed is clean but the rest of the room is dust and the shower had a lot of mold. Very convenient for the location for St Pancras but the hotel was not great…

People, get a grip. This is London. The value is excellent for the price…Kings cross area is the best for easy connections aroundLondon. I had rm 67 on floor 2, and it was clean and larger than similar cheap rms in New York. A bit of mold on the shower, but so what. True, not much room in shower, but wear a towel or robe..it’s only 2-3 m from your room. Soap in shower. Not noisy at night, even if you open the window. Fan was provided in room. Hangers, no closet. Stairs only. Would go again.

The only good thing about this place is how close it is to Kings Cross & St Pancras. We only stayed here because we were getting a very early Eurostar train the next morningRoom is small, the toilet even tinier and the room with the shower was like a prison cell. There was mould on the shower curtain and the shower head fell apart. The TV didn't work, the floor was very uneven, half the lightbulbs were flickering and there were stains on the bedsheets. We were in a basement room and whilst you couldn't hear other guests we could hear the rumbles of what I assume was underground trains?Anyway, don't stay here even if you just need a bed for the night or like the central location, it won't be comfortable.

The quality and cleanliness of this place left much to be desired. Our bedsheets were dirty and our towels had lint. There was black mold in the room, on the windows, and in the bathroom, which posed a significant health concern in addition to affecting hygiene. The doorknob was loose and falling off, compromising security and privacy.Furthermore, the noise level in the building was loud, leading to significant sleep disturbances. There were even periods when the water supply was temporarily unavailable, which was highly inconvenient. The windows could not be properly opened, making room ventilation impossible. Overall, the room was not clean and did not meet the minimum standards for cleanliness and comfort. We were very disappointed with our stay at KX Rooms London.

This hotel is very close to Kings Cross and St Pancreas and is really easy to find. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Camden and in the other direction to the British Museum. …
