The room that is advertised was not the room given the room is so small it’s not suitable for 2 people. The shower is a small and the shower is one step to the toilet . The whole bathroom is a square nor complementary toiletries and only one toilet paper roll.Secondly the place is not clean at all dust was falling from the lamp shade onto the bed. Some staff were nice but I had an encounter with a rude man which ruined my birthday . I was supposed to stay for two nights but I left the next day.The only plus was the spa which is very nice and quite not too busy and a good view . The opening times are also great. But I would not recommend this hotel overall for the price I paid it was not worth it even travel lodge would be better.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The room was lovely and cosy, a kitchen is also supplied in the room which we was very surprised at! Reception staff were lovely and helpful! Amazing views from the bar area on the top floor, and great experience at the swimming pool/spa area. Will definitely be coming back!

That's was a really good experience. The pool at 20s floor with a really nice view to Canary Wharf. The Sauna and steam room was excellent. Also they have a restaurant at the ground floor with good food and about the coffee I can say just 100% try it. We were welcomed at reception by a lady with red hair. She was very friendly with us and extremely helpful.

A cozy stay in a beautiful location, with friendly staff and fantastic facilities. The room size we got (studio for two; the smallest offered by ARK Canary Wharf) would not be considered wheelchair accessible. The entryway is fairly narrow, and the bathroom is not suitable for a wheelchair user or seated bathing. The counters are also above waist height. Other than that, the general building is wide open and flat so this room type should be okay for most ambulant mobility-impaired people. This hotel is in close proximity to the wider Canary Wharf area with lots of options for shopping and food, as well as transport options to local venues and broader London. This is a good place to stay if you can afford it and space isn't a concern for you.

This hotel is the biggest catfish and deception of all time The receptionist team were nice. However, when me and my partner entered our room, the room was much smaller than what it was supposed to be. In addition, the room lacked basic necessities such as toilet paper, cutlery, telephone for contacting reception, dustbin , and hairdryer. There was also no air con! This is supposed to be a good hotel in a great location, however it was far from that. Also, they had many facilities in the building such as the cinema, however, a guest for the night would not have access to that area, which is unfair considering we thought we would get access to all facilities from when we paid.

I had an incredibly smooth and hassle-free check-in experience, even late at night, at Ark Canary Wharf. Jordan Ramos was exceptionally kind and thoughtful throughout the entire process, ensuring everything went seamlessly. His attention to detail and professionalism made settling in a breeze. I’m thoroughly enjoying my stay here so far and can’t recommend it enough!

The rooms 1603 (my room) provided to short stay guests appear to be the ones to the east corner/end of the building where the train line is. Trains run until 11.30-12am and restart at 5am. …

Stayed here a couple of days ago for two nights and I most certainly won't be returning, initially on booking, the rooms are not described accurately and we booked a room for two nights as it was described the same as all rooms have the same features/facilities.On arrival we were somewhat greeted by an asian lady, very rude and having her own conversations and checking us in. The lady stated both guests would need ID which is okay but we were never informed this. We travelled for five hours so we just wanted to check in and rest!Upon entering the room it was the tiniest hotel room I've ever been to. immediately asked to be upgraded as the room was absolutely boiling, the toilet and shower facilities were awful. On looking out I could see and smell the garbage bins and the train line was so loud it wouldn't of been a comfortable stay as I anticipated. We upgraded straight away which I think is quite common in this hotel as the receptionist weren't surprised, there was a room available and talking to others this was the same case. The upgraded room was better, less noise and there was a small fan!! It was very hot that day and we are from up north and came from rain that day so you can imagine how we felt being stuck in a room with no AC.Rooms need a lot of work, broken shower bases, sockets that don't work, marks on curtains. Dirty cups and bits of food in corners of fridge. We didn't complain as we didn't spend much time in the hotel and only slept on a night and to be honest don't think anyone would care. Two star for the bed as it was comfortable or maybe we were just really tired.

What a nightmare - the only good thing about this stay is that we were there for one night. The entire floor was boiling but the room itself was like walking into a furnace. …
