Great breakfast. Nice beds. Horrible bathroom, very tiny. The toilet is almost inside the shower. The bathroom curtain and ma y spot in the bathroom wall full of mold. The reception is in a building g and our room wast in a other building around the corner. The hallways and carpet look dirty and smell very old. In summertime, only a little fan for one room.

We stayed last night. It is a great hotel in a good location handy for Hyde Park events. The room was a reasonable size, basic but very clean and had all you needed for an overnight. Breakfast was relatively basic but perfectly adequate. Plenty of other options locally if your looking for more! Would definitely recommend staying!

DO NOT STAY HERE. I have stayed in some horrible hotels in my time, but this is the first one I had to walk out of.If you only read this sentence & no further, you'll get the gist of this gaff: STINKS, ANCIENT, RATS, BED BUGS, UNCLEANI don't even know where to begin. Mouldy, worn through carpets that felt wet. The room STANK. Like the smell was so bad it was making me want to vomit. The bathroom STANK. Socks in the bed. Window broken. Stains all over the carpets and walls. ANCIENT like decaying. Trash piled up outside the window. Giving bed bug vibes, I was bitten by something in that room. Up 5 flights of stairs. Rude reception man who wouldn't refund. The nice reception photo they're using to advertise the hotel isn't even the same hotel.NOT TO MENTION the like 10-15 rats outside the hotel living their best lives. I know it's a city, I know rats are around. But these lads were so brazen and so big, just vibing in pure daylightThe fella wouldn't refund me, blamed me for not asking him to swap to a different room (I would not stay in any room in this hotel, ever ever again)The location is good but I am not giving this hotel more than 1 star in any rating because I don't want someone to see it having location as a perk and booking it, save yourselves the trauma

I stayed at the Seymour Hotel in London from September to October 2024, and had an awful experience. There were bed bugs in my room, which caused me serious physical discomfort and forced me to seek medical attention at the NHS. Despite reporting this immediately, the hotel’s response was unacceptable. They only offered to move me two days before I was supposed to check out, forcing me to leave the hotel early.Additionally, the bathroom had mold, the carpet was damp, there are no elevators, and the key cards failed four times during my stay.To make matters worse, when I contacted the hotel after my stay, they claimed the bed bugs weren’t justified because there were no other complaints before or after my visit. This level of disregard for guest safety is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against staying here.

Whole place needs gutting and start again Pillows yellow, mould spots on pillow case Fan in shower full of dust. Limescale remover needed desperately, the list is never ending i could go on and on

DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEDBUGS, RATS, MOULD, UNCLEANLINESS AND A SMELL / TRAUMA THAT WILL NEVER LEAVE YOUAnd they will do anything to get out of refunding you. You won't get your money backDO NOT STAY HERE. I have stayed in some truly vile hotels in my time, but this is the first one I had to walk out of.I don't even know where to begin. Mouldy, worn through carpets that felt wet and cold. The room STANK. Like the smell was so bad it was making me want to vomit and I felt unclean spending even a second in this hole of a room, up about 23434 flights of stairs. The bathroom STANK and was serving plane toilet chic. There were mens socks in the bed. The window was broken and wouldnt close. Stains all over the carpets and sprayed up the walls. ANCIENT like decaying. Trash piled up outside the window. Giving bed bug vibes, I was bitten by something in that roomThe nice reception photo they're using to advertise the hotel on Expedia isn't even the same hotel *RED FLAG RED FLAG RED FLAG*NOT TO MENTION the like 10-15 rats outside the hotel living their best lives. You get what you pay for. Rooms are ok but very hot. The bathroom is near on unusable and full of mould. First hotel I’ve ever stayed at where to get from my room to the breakfast room I had to walk down the street and around the corner.

Third class Hotel Rooms , when we entered, stair case very different up, no lift , smail like wometing and no cleaned may six months...strenger we paid advance in 3days , but we stay only for 10 minutes, and then changed hotel to The Gresham Hotel just 40meter opposite site. But we didn't get refund money ... Too so friends pl don't book online see , if book don't pay till not see rooms. Request all , Pakistani manager not even come to show room and third words used by him go and see , I don't have time to come with you...danger behavior seen in my 50 year life .. as government of London/England has to interrupt this type property and van their hotel license , they have business of frauds.. pl take action.
