I recently stayed at the Ibis Hounslow and had an excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. The young lady at the reception was particularly outstanding. She was highly professional, spoke perfect Italian, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It was clear she was very knowledgeable and well-prepared, which added a nice touch to the overall hospitality. The rest of the staff were equally kind, courteous, and always available to assist us with any inquiries or requests we had. Everyone was friendly and approachable, making our stay feel effortless and relaxed. The hotel also offers a spacious seating area with tables for guests to use, which was a nice feature for those needing a quiet spot to sit or work. The location is incredibly convenient, with the Tube station only a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city. There are also plenty of shops, supermarkets, pubs, and fast food options nearby, which added to the convenience. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning to this Ibis in the future. Highly recommended for a comfortable and stress-free stay.

Great hotel by Hounslow town. I love comming to this hotel, but lately I haven´t been around much. It is great for the price and the rooms are nice. I also like hearing and the watching the planes in the morning when they come so low. …

The location is good w/ easy access LHR, groceries and other shops. We have stayed in many Ibis's in the past and were disappointed that the usually reliable towels, soaps, and outlets were in short supply. Only one towel and only one outlet. Further the outlet was not near the bed.

It has a good location, excellent staff, and good service. However, the hotel needs improvements. The lights don't work properly, and the switches are loose. You know it's budget, but at least plug sockets near the bed or a USB port are not very expensive. We missed a kettle.

The location was very good for our Heathrow flight - less than 10 minutes to walk to the Tube station and plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was modern and very functional. Good having the toilet, shower and sink separated. Only downside was not having tea making facilities in the room.

Hotel room was nice and clean, decent size room for me and my child. I requested a travel cot and I was told it would be in the room on arrival but it wasn't there so housekeeping bought one up they didn't know how to set it up which I had to do. The travel cot was stained and there was no way I was letting my child sleep in that so he slept in bed with me. There was daily housekeeping which provided fresh and clean towels for me. On the second night about 2am a guest knocked on my door and other people's door which I rang reception about it and he cut me off so in the morning I told the receptionist about it and they said they'll check the cameras but they couldn't see anything and said it may be a drunk guest which maybe the case but it should be taking seriously. I would stay there again but I'll be bringing my own travel cot for my child. It was great location for shops and transport

The hotel room was basic as expected but clean and had everything we needed for a short stay before an early flight. For £68 it was definitely worth staying here! …

Hotel is really poor. Rooms renovation needed. Smells inside. No sound isolation at all. Window closed, but noise from street and airport like it remains open. From time to time some kind of loud pump or gerenator working somewhere inside hotel. Used pillow, very uncomfortable. No hand towel. Breakfast absolutely not worth its price. Never again.

I've stayed in an Ibis Budget before so thought this would fine but was even more basic. We didn't need or expect much, but the room paid an extortionate amount for (for what we got) was really not suitable for the "three adults" we were charged for (2 adults and a 13 year old). The over head single bunk is really not suitable for anyone over the age of 10 and should not be sold for adults.Breakfast was ok, overpriced for what was on offer though and lack of allergen labelling was quite concerning. There's always a risk of cross contamination of course but at least having ingredients for people to make their own choices would be helpful.Ibis Budget Newport was much nicer!
