This was a horrible place to stay at. The pictures don't match what the rooms look like. Also, there was constantly a noise coming from the water pipes, making it difficult to sleep. The rooms is very small. As well, the neighborhood is very sketchy. During night time, it doesn't seem safe to walk around, especially for single women. The staff seems also very unprofessional and not helpful. I tried to check in early but had to wait very long. The worst was the room. The room was extremely small. Avoid at any cost.

Our room was dirty, the shower head was rusty, there was mould on the floor, paint was falling off the walls and the walls were dirty. Both beds creaked with the springs palpable through the mattress. …

Small hotel in a good location. The area is characterized by Lebanese cafes and restaurants, which is certainly recommended. The coffee is strong and the food is good. The hotel is clean, but smells of tobacco smoke. The room is very small and two people must agree not to get in the way for each other. The breakfast is consumed at a nearby good cafe.

We were 8 people staying here for 3 nights, and we enjoyed our stay. The staff is kind and helpful at all times. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The breakfast at the cafe is very nice. The Hotel is close to all the sights. We will definitely stay here again.

While the location of the hotel is central and is easily accessible through Edgware Road station, this hotel has many negatives. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It barely satisfies the classification of a hotel since the service was at bare minimum. It was a hassle to ask for an iron, a fan, towels etc. The staff are not well equipped and are extremely unprofessional. Not only are the rooms so tiny, but they are not functional as they lack many basic features. Too hot in summer as the rooms are very stuffy. They lied about "breakfast being included". They do not have a breakfast bar but ask you to go to the near by "Java U" coffee shop where their idea of a "full English breakfast" is a croissant and a coffee. Strongly discourage anyone from booking their stay through this hotel.

Stayed here with my 2 daughters for a couple of a couple of nights while visiting friends. Clean room with fridge and tea/coffee making facilties. Fresh towels and room cleaned every morning. Quiet peaceful night despite being near the lobby. Friendly staff who were helpful. Great value for money for such a central location with good transport links.

Honest opinion is that this place will serve as a cheap last choice. Very small, only 2 parking spaces. …

We had three people in a room with 3 twin beds. Just looking for a place to sleep before an early morning flight. Room was tiny and bathroom even smaller but got the job done for a one night stay. Hotel staff was EXCELLENT - really appreciated their willingness to be helpful and their efficiency.

From the USA I booked two rooms for myself and a few friends to stay here for a week via booking.com. ||||Looks a lot different now to the images on the reviews - due to new owners. …

If there was a -5 rating that's exactly what id give it! Avoid at all costs! Staff were rude! Overly persistent and pushy over £10 cash for parking to the point they rang my room several times even though i insisted to put this on my tab and allow me to shower and find a cash point. The sheets were dirty riddled with stains and hair to the point i slept in my gown... The shower looked like it had not been cleaned in years, doors and locks damaged, dust was rising from radioheaters. The room was unbearably hot, no thermostat to control heating... McDonalds rubbish had not been cleared from previous guests. The pipes from the sink were leaking flooding the bathroom emanating horrible damp smells. this was certainly the worst stays ever! I have had better sleep and observed better standards in indian hostels! This was a reality nightmare! The pictures advertised and marketing were NOTHING NEAR as advertised.I Originally booked "The Cameron Hotel", on arrival they acknowledged my booking and was later told there "were no rooms", I was then taken to the hotel next door (Haven Hotel, a complete dump)! I think its important to note that the two hotels are working together in partnership and the way they work appeared dodgy, It was the guy working at Cameron hotel whom i paid for my parking to, I wish i had just told him to go do one! I do not dispute the quality of the rooms at Cameron hotel and are probably satisfactory, I feel I didn't get what I expected and paid for AT Cameron hotel!! They weren't even prepared to give me a refund! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
