We booked to stay for two nights whilst seeing Taylor Swift at Wembley. This was in a perfect location - 5 minute walk to Baker Street tube station and you can get anywhere you need to with ease. The room had everything we needed and the kitchenette was a bonus, nice to have a fridge to keep drinks cold in with the weather being warm. Everything was nice and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Checking in was really easy and the gentleman was very polite and helpful. I honestly can't fault this hotel and would definitely stay here again! We did only have half a roll of toilet roll when we checked into the room, but I am sure they would have provided more for us had we asked them. We didn't manage to catch anyone to ask as we were out the majority of the time, so this is only our own fault!I can't understand the reviews calling this hotel a scam because they arrived after the allocated check-in times. It was stated to us upon booking and made very clear to us that you're not able to check in after 9pm as the reception isn't available 24/7, so we made sure to arrive before this time and had absolutely no problems.

Worn out beds, dirty floor, no lock on window. No lock on front door, anyone can walk in. Bad customer service.Unethical of this place to don't give people at least the option to check in after their reception is closed. So many reviews where the exact same happens: you purchased a night stay that you can't check in.When I rang the receptionist to say there was no lock on the window and even had to listen: "do you need a lock on the fifth floor?" I mean, once I'm paying €150e a night, you bet I'd like that.Shower had a smell of sewage and water was only draining after I removed the lid.Don't waste your money here.

The studio is on very communicative location - in central London. There are many cafes and stores around the studio. It has everything needed inside. The only negative thing is that the bed is not so comfortable and there is no elevator to the room. The receptionist was kind. There is deposit for the room but they returned it without any complication when we departured. In conclusion - i could recommend the 146 studios.

We booked via booking.com, my last stay included included a worn out mattress. My wife noticed some hair on the bed sheets, we were provided new sheets to change ourselves, when the bedsheet was lifted, an array of urine like staines were visible on the mattress protector and mattress.Management did not reply to emails or calls, they have now updated the booking on booking.com to not allow me to rate.DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU WANT AN UPGRADE FROM A TENT.

Dirty room, bathroom absolutely unacceptable even for free. Never ever in my life! Better to sleep outside in a park! The manager was like a robot. …

Great accommodation in the heart of London. Extremely clean and a "one-minute-walk" to both Marylebone and Baker St stations, which makes it very convenient for any travels by tube.A plus that it is also close to one of the best (if not the best) Fish & Chips in town.Highly recommended.

The owner of this place likes to play dumb when replying to reviews and dealing with complaints, but be warned: book at your own risk.I booked a room and once I checked in and go to the room, I found bed bugs in the bed. I left immediately (literally 5 minutes later) but was denied a refund as according to them I had used the room. Which is obviously clearly nonsense, as I left immediately and also had receipts of my alternative accommodation I booked to prove it.So, book at your own risk.PS: the booking agent I used for this booking refunded me instead.
