Room 1 is on lower basement floor. Not ideal, but room size and amenities were decent.Bed was okay.Room was a bit warm, there is a ventilator that didn’t help too much, had to keep the window open to keep it cool, but there were constructions nearby and was noisy in the morning.I received email instructions in chinese which I didn’t understand, but with the link provided could access English contents. Not the best arrangement.Location is great, minutes from Paddington Station, but the property has no lift. And it’s a self check in property, so they can’t keep you luggage either.

I stayed for one night on business, The apartments are in a great location very near to Paddington basin and all it's restaurants/bars and offices. The check-in process was very simple (I wish all hotels had this) My apartment was on the top floor and with no lift was a little strenuous so be careful if you have any accessibility issues. The apartment I had consisted of a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite then a stairway to a kitchen with a table and sofa. It was all very very clean and well equipped. The only bad points I can say would be the noise at night was quite loud and the mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable. Unfortunately I didn't sleep very well at all.

Room is totally different from the pictures.Was meant to be a studio apparemment , but is more like a motel room.There is no lift, so if you have a lot of bags, good luck in the stairs, because they are really tight and quite steep if you are carrying heavy bags.There is one door to enter two of the rooms with the space for half a person as you have to fight with the doors and your neighbour to get out. On that note the Rooms are so close that you’ll hear absolutely everything in the corridor leaving no privacy.If you are a light sleeper, it will be impossible for you to sleep with the blinking light behind the door in the small half doorway that you can’t switch off.You wanted to wash your clothes? It’s not included, you’ll have to insert some coins to wash them. Ended up just using more water washing my period underwear by hand as I need to wash it heaps often and already spent $700 to stay so I think and extra $4 each time is a little bit money hungry. I think a machine can be included as much as a shower is tbh.We booked on Airbnb. Didn’t know this place was managed by a big company, we learnt it last minute, they made us fill an endless form online before checking in.This place is way too expansive for what it is, better booking the Hilton hotel across the street for that price.

Stayed for four nights and was easy to find with the instructions provided and the room was quite nice. Was simple enough for self check in/out and is within walking distance for most things we wanted to see when staying in London (usually walked to locations and taxi'd back at night) Staying in winter the heated floors were so nice to come back to and the shower had good pressure and heat. Kitchen was big and easy to use and there was enough space for the price.Only two cons were -1) The room was a struggle to get to with big suit cases. Quite narrow stair cases made it a struggle to climb up and down the stairs with luggage.2) The bed is rock solid and by the end of the fourth night our bodies were aching from how solid they are.

The room was falsely advertised to us as a beautiful large studio apartment in the city and we turn up 4 weeks later to find a small pokey hotel room with no colour or life.We have been swindled.

Wouldn’t recommend at all. Start with the good. Room was recently renovated and had a kitchenette. Location was good. Called support (as no one on site) about broken coffee machine and she seemed helpful and replaced in 24hrs. The bed was horrendous! It wasn’t a double as advertised- it was smaller which for two people is not suitable. Mattress was paper thin and pillows were huge and uncomfortable so used the decretive cushion. What was worse is there is NO INSULATION. Could hear footsteps above every night except 1 until after midnight. Barely slept in the 4 nights. The should rectify insulation if they want to convert the property or at least put carpet instead of wooden floors. AVOID
