An icon in the heart of Mayfair. We stayed in the Paul Smith Suite and I can honestly say it’s one of the coolest rooms I have ever stayed in. The hotel has a focus on doing things right. The service is beyond friendly and accommodating. The best Afternoon tea in the city of London. I’ve been to them all, I think the Afternoon Tea at the Browns had the highest quality and most delicious food. Very dog friendly. Treat yourself to you a suite if you can, they are so unique, unlike any other hotel.

I've wanted to go to Brown's for afternoon tea for years. I've always hoped the atmosphere would be more relaxed and welcoming - yet still 5 star service.  …

I have been staying at Brown’s Hotel in London every year, both before and after the pandemic, and it’s always a delightful experience. The hotel has a lovely, warm atmosphere that feels both elegant and welcoming. Breakfast is excellent, offering a great selection of dishes. What truly stands out, though, is the staff. Givi, Gabon, Jorge, and Ivan, who are often at the front of the house, are incredibly attentive and friendly. They never forget a guest’s name and are always ready to help with anything you need. For example, they’re quick to offer an umbrella at the first sign of rain. Once, I even left behind some jackets, and they promptly arranged for them to be sent back to me.Although the hotel can be a bit pricey, the level of service and attention to detail makes it well worth it. If you’re able to splurge a little, I highly recommend staying at Brown’s for a truly special experience.

Brown's Hotel is the most elegant, wonderful, exceptional hotel. The location, ambiance, the rooms, everyone on staff, the food, the afternoon, tea, etc. etc. etc. are ALL top drawer. I brought two of my grandchildren, ages 12 and 13, and this is a truly "kid friendly" hotel. GREAT TREAT for all of us.

Brown's Hotel is a historic building located in the heart of central London, near Oxford Circus. It has has many famous visitors including Agatha Christie and Princess Diana.Went for an afternoon tea with work friends earlier this year; it was my first tea experience. There are plenty of tea choices, sandwiches with dietary choices, service and hospitality were top notch. Accompanied by live piano music as well. It is a very pricey afternoon tea (their prices have gone up recently as well); I can justify the service charge because the hospitality was amazing, but I feel like I was paying for the cuttlery and crockery.
