Easy to get in with the code. I was a bit disappointed with the dusty kettle and coffee machine (I had washed the kettle before taking photo). Coffee ground had hair on the tin. So I requested them clean by booking a cleaner a night before. However bed was comfy and WiFi was strong in room 5. Wall looked run down with coffee marks, could do with painting. My work paid £425 for 3 nights, would’ve been gutted if it was my own money.Toilet cittern a bit wobbly and informed them on what’s app after I checked out and they said a builder on way.A bin in the bedroom is needed too. Convenient to Victoria Station.

We stayed in room 1Apart from the room being small, there was no bin for putting rubbish, window didn’t open so couldn’t let fresh air in, extractor fan in bathroom didn’t work even though we had the switch on so room was very damp and steamy. The tv also didn’t work half the time and kept freezing and turning off by itself, curtains were about to fall off the rails, hotel needs general maintenance really. Other thing that was bothering us was builders outside our window at half 7 in the morning. Other than that was not the £750 we were expecting. Disappointed.

I stayed at the hotel for four nights. The location is quite convenient, just a short walk to Victoria Station. Checking in and out is easy with your own code. However, I was not entirely satisfied with my stay. The noise at night was bothersome, and the wifi was unreliable. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

Overall a good experience. As noted in a lot of the reviews, the rooms are quite small, but we honestly didn’t mind because we were out doing stuff the whole time so we only slept and showered there. It’s a self checkin similar to an Airbnb but Kevin reached out the day before checkin through WhatsApp to confirm everything and get us ready for checkin the next day. Most of the bad reviews are things I was already aware of before we booked the place so not sure if people weren’t paying attention or just weren’t prepared for a trip abroad (self checkin, lack of internet/data on their smartphones, size of rooms, etc.), but we got our international roaming taken care of beforehand which made checkin a breeze.Room has air conditioning which is nice because most of London doesn’t. You also have the option to keep the window open as well. Shower was hot, towel rack was heated, coffee maker and electric kettle included, but only water source is the bathroom sink. I’d recommend to the owners to supply each room with a couple of bottles of water. The hangers are now wooden, not cardboard as mentioned in some of the other reviews. Our tv remote was iffy, worked when it wanted to, but could be worse (it’s a 2 star hotel). The toilet paper holder was still broken as mentioned in a previous review and there aren’t a ton of horizontal surfaces to set things down on. Size of rooms can make it hard for two people to go through their luggage as well. Bed is VERY comfortable. You might hear other guests coming and going, but not enough to where I lost any sleep. If you’re American, you have to remember these buildings are older than our entire country so be open minded.Overall, great trip, great location with easy access to restaurants, shops, underground stations, very walkable neighborhood, etc. Friendly staff that’s easy to reach by phone or WhatsApp. Biggest improvement I wanted to see was complimentary bottle water, but you know, first world problems. Would book again for sure!

I recently had the misfortune of staying at the Warwick Hotel by Aura Collection, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. If I could give it zero stars, I would. …

I just want to say how horrible this hotel is. Avoid at all cost. Not only do they not have a front desk or receptionist… they are incompetent in what they do as hotel…. Should be considered a motel 1 star at this point. …

This is a “contactless hotel”, so in other words a glorified AirBnB. You’re required to call 48 hours in advance to get your door code and hope your call to a *personal cell phone* gets through. …
