I would give this place zero stars if I could. My stay at this hotel was beyond disappointing it was downright horrifying. The room was shockingly small, more like a closet than a hotel room, and it was located in a dark, dingy basement that felt completely unsafe. The cleanliness? Well, that’s a funny word to use here. The carpets looked like they had survived several world wars, and the bathroom? Let’s just say, if you’re into bacteria colonies, this is your paradise. There was actual mucus on the wall (🤮)I can’t stress enough how dirty everything was. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had… Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

Very small room, not clean at all, very very disappointed. I don’t have high standarts for hotel rooms, but this was horrible. We couldn’t flush our toilet, the bathroom was smelly, and the worst of all, we couldn’t shower because there was no hot water for all 4 days of our stay. The water was freezing cold, it was imposible to take shower. If anyone is considering staying here, i would recommend spending couple $ more for a nicer, cleaner room.

The room I was in was okay at best, when I arrived, the outside door was locked, and I needed to message a WhatsApp number that was listed on the door to prompt them to let me in.After which, I went into the room, which I think is passable for the price, there was only 1 plug in the room, so if you wanted to charge 2 devices, you had to unplug the kettle to do so.The bathroom was essentially a wet room, with no divide between the shower and the toilet, so, when taking a shower, the entire bathroom floor got wet, rather than just the section housing the shower. The handle on the toilet was loose and there was chipped paint on the wall around the window. The room faced the train line into Victoria station, with trains passing every 3-4 mins or so, it good if you like trains, but if not, this can become quite grating quickly, as the trains are quite loud when they pass. The location is good, being close to Victoria station, and that is the biggest positive about the hotel

A terrible experience. The hotel was in a deplorable state of cleanliness: there were visible bacteria and even mucus on the walls. The toilet hadn't been properly cleaned, and the carpet was so dirty it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The entire place showed obvious signs of general disrepair, which was very unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who values hygiene and comfort.

DO NOT STAY HERE||Let me break it down. We booked the “Deluxe” Twin Room. Nothing about it was deluxe. …

AVOID THIS HOTEL. Booked for a Saturday night. Went to check in but there was no one on the desk. Finally got the manager on the phone who said booking.com had overbooked the hotel. THIS WAS AN OUTRIGHT LIE. …

The only attribute that is remotely positive about this hotel is its proximity to Hyde Park and Victoria Station.||Admittedly, I found this hotel last minute when searching for somewhere to stay the night after a concert. …

Bathroom was horrible! Black molds in between tiles. Not small, but all over the lower part of the shower. It was nasty! AC doesn't work. There's a fan with broken neck and dusty. Very tiny room for 2. Asked for towels, no towels in the room, it took after many hours to receive them and toiletries. NO one was available during office hours. Kept ringing the bell. Never going back here. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We stayed 2 nights here because it was an affordable hotel close to Victoria station.Pros: location, there is a kettle with tea and coffee in the room (no stir sticks).Cons: It's Filthy dirty, windows don't lock properly, no air con, no hair dryer, no elevator, no bag storage, noise pollution (need ear plugs), only one electrical plug, the beds were very uncomfortable! The only thing good about this is the location. Honestly, it was one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever stayed, and I travel a lot! I would not call this a hotel. I would describe it as a hostel as most rooms have shared toilets 🚻. We were in the twin room on the top floor. It was very difficult for my friend to get her very large suitcase upstairs as there was no assistance. There is no cleaner in sight, so the no kne cleaned our room on day 2. I would never recommend this place, but if you're on a tight budget, and you don't mind a dirty room, it is in a safe area.
