My mom and I stayed here at the end of June and we had a wonderful time. Great service and friendly staff. Adrianna was so welcoming and friendly. The rooms are a little small, however I think that’s common with a lot of hotels in London. Nice clean rooms everyday and a delicious breakfast with a variety of things to try. Location is also great if you want somewhere quieter.

Very nice hotel, how accessible by subways (exit Queensway or Baywaters) and also many buses travel. Arrival there kindly helped and were very early because of the flight and could neatly leave our luggage. …

We stayed here for three nights. It felt like they recently renovated because the room looked modern and sleek. Great location near multiple tube lines. Front office staff were nice. Room was very clean. The only slight issue was that you couldn't open the windows so the room would get very damp after a shower.

Rooms are small; however, there was more than adequate storage space. The room I stayed in had a mini fridge and microwave as well. It was nice to have ac to cool off at night. Location is perfect with two Underground Stations within a quarter of a mile as well as proximity to Kensington Gardens. Loved the neighborhood with the shops and restaurants nearby.

The prices of hotels in London were extortionate when we come to book our trip and the Byron offered a really cheap deal….therefore I wasn’t expecting much but I really was blown away, the room was perfect, it was clean and had everything …

My wife and I started our 20th wedding anniversary at the Byron Hotel. I apologize for not remembering the gentleman’s name that checked us in but he was wonderful. We arrived early and knew there was no guarantee of getting a room until the posted time of 4pm but he was able to get us right in, which was a significant treat as we were very tired and needed a shower. The room was small but well appointed and honestly all we needed as we did not come to London to hangout in the hotel room.Location, location, location! Great spot on the north west side of the park with plenty of steps away from Bayswater and the noise. Our room was very quiet. We did not take advantage of the breakfast but heard good things.Again, I cannot say enough about the staff and their willingness to help. Hope to be back soon. Cheers!

Stayed at the Byron Hotel for one night. Good location and very close to the underground station (Baywater and Queensway). I booked a standard double room and it’s spacious enough. The room is clean, modern and bright. …

We had a 20 hour layover on our way back. Booked hotel literally last minute from Airport. Didn’t have any expectations, but when we reached the hotel, it is located in a nice neighborhood. …
