They cheated us, had been charged for a large room with double bed but what they give us small bed room with small toilet small bed and no proper window view. The breakfast they gave us is only two croissants and two juices. There is also no lift in the hotel and they gave us a room on 4rth floor. So I recommend to think twice before book a room in this hotel.

There's a lot of bad reviews for this hotel, but you have to keep in mind it's not a 4 star hotel. It's basic. It's a place to sleep while the day is spent outdoors exploring. The location is fabulous. It's right across from Paddington and near Hyde Park. You can get to nearly any place. The rooms are tiny. Our family is large. We got a 5 person room. There were two doubles and a single. There's only room for a small suitcase. We did have hot water. We were in the basement room so the underground was heard up until about midnight. It wasn't that bad though. The rooms are very clean. I was actually surprised. The staff were friendly and fun to talk to. Rex was who we checked in with and he was personable and pleasant. The breakfast was plentiful. I was expecting less, but we got quite a lot of nice pastries, yogurts, and juices. They weren't stingy. If you are on a budget this place is great for location and cleanliness alone. I would go back in a jiffy. The value was great for the price. Just keep in mind you aren't going to get what you would in a 4 star hotel.

Went in London, best trip of my life. This hotel deserves at least 4 stars. Room service was nice, hotel was clean. Large, yummy breakfast they bring you everyday in bed. We were so full of breakfast, we had to take it to go. Beds were very very comfortable and the room was delightful. The bathroom was very clean and they gave us shampoo’s everyday. Best hotel ever!
