Pleasantly surprised with the Commodore hotel. Needed a room for an overnight team event but self-funded. My single room was quite small, but was well-appointed with new-ish items. The en-suite shower was good. Well located for the Central line. Was great value for a mid-week stay. Would stay again

The Commodore Hotel exceeded all expectations for my solo 9-day stay in London. The room was small but newly renovated with everything you could need, including aircon and a fridge. …

A good location but otherwise a disappointment. The rooms are tiny. Ours was just 9m^2. Seriously. I’m not large (168cm tall) and could reach both walls at the same time. My husband at 186cm dwarfed the room completely. …

A very nice hotel in London with modern and clean rooms. We would come back again and again. The only complaint I would have is the mattress which was quite uncomfortable in my opinion. What stood out to me the most, however, was the friendliness of the staff. I lost something on my trip that holds great personal value to me. Although, unfortunately, it wasn't found, the hotel staff was incredibly kind, caring, and helpful throughout the process.

Nothing like it looks on the site.. seems very tired. We had a disabled room for some reason which was large with separate seating area. …

The price is very expensive compared to the small size of the rooms and the uncleanliness of the corridors and the corridors are very narrow as if you are in a prison. I booked for more than ten days and when I went to the site I was shocked as they put beautiful pictures in the internet browser but in reality it was different. The receptionist told me that the room I was in was the most beautiful and largest room in the hotel but she was lying as I passed by chance and saw a room on the same floor that was bigger and cleaner and when I confronted them with that they did not respond to me and I was transferred to another room on the top floor and I think that the receptionists are racist as if they like you they give you a big and clean room otherwise they give you small and cramped rooms. But the surprise is that there are elevator sounds next to the room which did not let me sleep I do not recommend that you stay in it at all. It is very bad. A very bad experience and I will not return to it again and I do not recommend it at all

Small and narrow rooms unlike the pictures that were placed on the website. There are no insulated layers between the rooms. You hear the sounds of the residents' feet when they walk upstairs. The reception and lobby area. You feel your feet when there is no cleaning around the clock and the water is only replaced on the first day. There is no employee to help you when moving your belongings and you cannot cross the corridors if there is another person. Really a disappointing hotel.

Travelled to the Commodore last week with three adult family members — we stayed in a room there called the Family Room. Our stay was truly great. …
