Perfect for what else wbated for 1 nights stay. The room was clean, the bed was sooo comfy, room was warm but there was a fan and window, only downside to the window was you could see into other room across the way. …

Great for the value, excellent location in a chill estate with convenient metro and bus connections. We were a bit afraid because of the reviews seen here, but the pictures depicted are legit. Kind, helpful personnel and very clean bedrooms. Superb isolation even though the beds were less than half a meter from the huge window, even in December the room was always warm without the need of using the heating. A fair option to consider if you’re coming to London and don’t want to spend too much.

Great location, room clean and serviced every day, 24-hour front desk. Fair value for what we've paid. The only thing is that the sound isolation is weak, only interior doors - I recommend to pack earplugs to get good sleep.

Perfect base for a quick stay in London. Right next to Marble Arch and Hyde Park. Rooms were clean, bathrooms modern and had everything needed for a comfortable stay (hair, USB chargers, etc.). Staff were really friendly, and offered umbrellas and a USB charger when they didn't need to. Will stay again!

If you find this feedback useful, please click the helpful button so I can add similar content in future reviews.I had a wonderful 3-night stay at the hotel and would come back without hesitation. What did I love most?🙋‍♀️Excellent customer service - Adam, Muhammad and the entire team were super helpful before and during the stay. I was even able to check out a little later. I felt like a valued customer.📍Fabulous location. Super central. 5 mins from Hyde Park, and 10 min to Paddington station and main shopping area.🛌Super comfortable bed. Mattress is firm and bedding heavy. I slept like a baby.💨Window can be opened allowing fresh air to come in.🫖Kettle in the room was perfect for making an early morning tea.🌱environmental friendly towel service. Towels are only changed every other day or upon request.🏠My room was a small double room on the third floor (#41). It was small but perfect for a 3-night stay. I had enough space to roll out my yoga mat every morning💵Made the booking through booking and payed £84 a night. I recommend you contact them directly for reservations or book through website for a possible discount. What you should know:🥗They don’t offer breakfast and there is no restaurant on site but plenty of options nearby.🎧Noise - room faced the street and there was also noise from the corridor. However with earplugs I couldn’t hear anything.🛁Bathroom is quite small, however for one person for a couple of days it’s perfectly fine.Suggestions for owners:🧼Bathroom amenities - it would be great to put up a shelf in the shower for shower gel, shampoo bottle etc.🚿Shower door was a bit sturdy and difficult to open and close. Maybe it needs some maintenance?July 2023

A real pity because the way it has been finished as you enter the reception promises more. Under the surface however it is a below average budget hotel. …

I’m completely disappointed with the stay. The room wasn’t the one shown in the photos. The reception staff was rude. He was always in his mobile watching stuff with his headphones on. There was not even a single chair to sit in the room. For the money I paid I should have better stayed in other formal hotels. Completely disappointed with the service and facilities. Please avoid this “house hotel” at any cost.

This hotel was unlike anywhere I've stayed before. I stayed for two nights, and at around $100/night, I might expect a bit more most places... BUT, this is London. The stairway was quite steep and narrow, but it was a bit fun. …
