I needed a hotel close to Victoria Coach Station as I was spending two nights in London prior to a cruise. I lucked out in finding this small boutique hotel that was convenient for my needs and very reasonably priced.  …

This was a very affordable and convenient hotel for my recent quick trip to London. I wanted to be within walking distance to Buckingham Palace, and hotels in that vicinity were either too expensive or already booked full. …

Very busy road out side on the Friday night therewas noise at 3 am with some one arriving in the room next to me.10 minutes walk to London Victoria coach and train station bus 24 is nearby to take if you have aheavy suitcase.I would stayagain

This is a lovely little hotel on a quiet street (for London!) in a very expensive area. The rooms are small (quite big for London!) but clean and well thought-out. …

Lovely hotel in a perfect location for sightseeing and eating out. I went for a little trip with my daughter and was upgraded straight away to a room with 2 beds. The lady running the hotel was so welcoming and friendly. …

I booked a room for three people. The room was small and there was really not a lot of space. The door in the bathroom didn't close all the way and it really wasn't the best experience with our room. The breakfast was very limited with just toast, cheese, ham and some jam, the service was very nice. Everyone was very pleasant. The location is really good, very close to an underground station. And a 20 minute walk from Westminster. All and all good experience.

The fact that they take money for this room is theft. It doesn’t seem it was originally designed to be a hotel. As such, we are in a room that didn’t have a bathroom, but they put one in. It’s so small it’s barely functional. Forget any kind of storage for toiletries you want to use. The bed wasn’t comfortable, either. Keep looking.

Genuinely charming hotel staffed by a considerate team. I booked late midweek and they really helped make sure by stay was comfortable and stress free. I was a late arrival and the out of hours process was simple and effective. …
