This is the worst property I have ever been to or seen. It's absolutely disgusting and run down and dirty. Between the company and Bookings.com they are completely misleading the public, between the two of them there is no truth at all. The room has a horrible smell, there is damp and mould in the kitchen, the kitchen cupboard is broken as well as the so called cupboard. The owner is the most unfriendly person you will ever meet, he charges whatever he wants, more than whats stated on both his and Bookings.com websites. The entrance hall is disgustingly dirty I don't think it's ever been cleaned. The location is terrible and property both inside and outside is terribly neglected and horrible. DON'T EVER GO THERE, STAY AWAY. It's not value for money at all and you will be extremely disappointed and horrified. The worst so called accommodation there is out there. Please avoid this terrible accommodation. There are pictures for you to see.

These apartments are lovely. They are not the most up to date however they are clean, very comfortable and most of all homely. …

The good side is that the location is very good. However, this was by far one of the worst locations I've stayed in. First off, the provided code for the door to entry that was provided by the host was incorrect. Luckily, another guest was entering at the same time and allowed us to enter. The condition of the room, sheets, and bathroom were frankly terrible. The room also smelled strongly of mold.

Price/ value very good.Location good v close to tube and overground. Clean, good, excellent in bathroom and kitchen.Kitchen facilities goodBroadband fair.Room temperature perfect.Communication with manager, excellent.Negatives. Don’t let the front door put you off!Rooms dated, but are refurbished as well as they can get.Sound proofing, virtually non existent. Can hear everything on the stairway ( room door very poor sound proofing, demonstrated by light shining thro the door gaps) The wall between room 10 and room 9 built very cheaply, again one can hear conversations, water pumps, heaters, chairs, toilet flushes, showers, everything. So I can recommend the place if you sleep with ear plugs.

The rooms were big and the cheapest we could get (still expensive though, but probably normal for London). The location is a little far out from London but easy to get into city center. The walls are very thin and it is easy to hear all of the building's conversations.

i recently had the pleasure of staying at London Queen's Apartments, and it was a delightful experience. The location is situated in a good, safe neighborhood, providing a sense of security during my stay. The quick access to the city was a major plus, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything London has to offer. One aspect that stood out was the excellent communication with the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. It added a personal touch to the overall stay and made me feel welcome. In summary, London Queen's Apartments offers a great combination of a safe neighborhood, convenient city access, and top-notch communication with the staff. I would highly recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in London.

AVOID! Awful hygiene. Suspect bed bugs because of the droppings on the mattress. Pulled the sheets over a bit more and it revealed nasty stains.Left immediately. The place refused to refund. Again: AVOID

We paid £340 for 3 nights through Booking.com. The room was nothing like the photos on the site. Our apartment (pokey room) was at the end of a dark corridor next to a rear door which was unlockable. Felt very unsafe. …
