We booked this hotel as we were going to a gig and wanted somewhere to stay so that we didn't have to rush home. The room was tiny but it was clean and comfortable and served the purpose we required of it. If you want somewhere as a base and are staying longer, I'd probably suggest somewhere else. The minus point for us was how warm the room was, if it had been a scorching summers day I think it would've been unbearable. The staff however were very friendly, which is always nice and it's very close to the railway station.

I was booked this hotel as a corporate work booking and once booked I took to Trip advisor and was extremely worried when I read the reviews. …

The hotel has a great location, has many facilities in the room. Microwave, hairdryer, fan in addition to the others. The bed is comfortable and the shower is very good, just the bathroom space is small.

Service was very lovely, and price was OK. That's where the pros ended.Wifi was poor, room was very dirty and hot.A used pregnancy test in the bathroom cabinet, followed by stained sheets and pillow covers. Whole bathroom covered in rust, and the ledge covered in cigarette butts and mulding flowers.Room was on the top.floor and the fan didn't do a thing. Outside hallway and outside the window was ridiculously colder than the room, couldn't cool it down to save my life.Avoid at all costs!!

Quite lovely hotel in a strategic position, not so far from the centre by foot and not so expensive like other hotels in the nearest. The staff was always present, the room was a bit little but clean. If you are looking for a cheap accomodation just for passing by or sleeping during your this is one of the best places you can find. By foot you can reach most of the interesting museum or place. I have enjoyed my time.

One of the most dire hotels I have stayed in and the worst value for money as it was both expensive and atrocious. The only word for this place is squalid. There was a four floor climb to our unheated room. …

Nice room, but small. Good bed. Nice staff, fair price. They get points of for not providing breakfast.

The hotel is easy to find a 10 minute walk from Paddington Station, both underground and railway. The reception is up a flight off steps, helpful reception staff. Our room was on the third floor so lots of stairs. …

Falsely advertised as a 3 star Hotel, worse than a youth hostel that is in horror films...|No elevator, No AC, No air in the tiny room. Tiny single bed with no place to stay and very hot. Bad service. …

When you first walk in your greeted by dirty carpets with flakes of paint on then, to check in you go up one flight of stairs to a person in a kiosk which smells of cigarettes an awful first impression. We were a family of three with a toddler and was given a room far to small on the third floor. When I questioned why we were given a room that didn’t cater for our needs and was completely inappropriate for our needs he said he gave our original room away no alternative room was offered or no Financial compensation either. My daughter has a generative disc disorder and carrying a toddler and push chair up the floor flights of stairs wasn’t acceptable. The room was far to small it would be suitable for one person not three. It ruined our stay in London. I wish I had read the reviews on trip advisor before booking.
