My wife and I have been on a quest to find the best boutique hotels in the world and the Henrietta Experimental Hotel did not disappoint. We were recently in London for an Iceland and Scotland Cruise and had the pleasure of staying here a few days before our cruise as well as a few days after.First, the customer service is excellent beginning with Clementine who greeted us as if we were family. Christine, Tudor and Danielle all were equally amazing and even set up rides with the Black Cabs at fixed rates less than I could get on line. They made it easy to love this place. The rooms are large, clean and the designer of each of the rooms had attention to detail to make sure guests have everything they need to enjoy their stay. By the way, that mirror on the wall is a very cool flat screen TV.Located in the heart of Covent Gardens, its the perfect location, with Pubs, Restaurants, Shopping and Street Entertainment. Its an easy walk to the Tube (Picadilly Line) to get you where you need. Its a little hard to find at first but just tell the Driver to take you to the Henri, the restaurant located within the hotel. The Breakfast Buffet there is delicious. We cannot wait to return and are already planning our next trip.

We stayed at the Henrietta hotel with our wedding party over the past week for our London wedding, and we had the best experience. Everything from the quality of the rooms, to the customer service, to the central location were just perfect. It really made our wedding special, and they pulled out all the stops to accommodate and make it wonderful for us. I highly recommend the new wing of the Henrietta across the street from reception (particularly rooms overlooking the churchyard), as well as the Henri restaurant/bar for drinks and breakfast. I will recommend the hotel to my family and friends anytime they are looking for a place to stay in central London!

Late afternoon, the housekeeping would drop off cookies, They would ring bottled waters while we were gone and set them in the room, and they left a little gift (cute bag) for us when we checked in. And love the little restaurant bar off the entrance of the hotel.

We stayed at Henrietta for 9 nights and had the most wonderful stay. All of the hospitality staff was incredible and made our stay extremely easy and we were well cared for. We had an Executive room with plenty of space for 2 adults. Everything in the room was functional, i made coffee and tea every morning with the krups and tea kettle. Our room was serviced beautifully most days of our choosing and none of our personal items were disturbed. All of our questions were answered and met with recommendations or helpful ideas. We had breakfast in the new restaurant and the food was exceptionally delicious and many great food options offered. All in all if i am coming back to stay in Covent Garden again, I would most definitely return to Henrietta.

My wife and I visited Henrietta Experimental for our wedding anniversary. I had informed the hotel prior to our arrival about our anniversary but didn't expect all the little extras, such as champagne, chocolates and rose petals left throughout the room and bathroom, so thankyou. The location was great too, right next to Covent Garden. We were on the fourth floor, of the annex (there are approx 22 rooms in one of the buildings opposite the hotel) but apart from hearing the odd performer shouting during the day, we had no issues with noise. We will definitely come back in the future, as this is a great hotel, with great location and staff.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in April of 2024. The room was quite large and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had double sinks and a large shower. The location is wonderfully central to a lot of restaurants and attractions. We walked quite a bit but were able to grab Uber and taxis easily throughout the neighborhood. The rooms were a little stuffy at times and had to crack the windows for fresh air, but other than that, the stay was pleasant and accommodating to our needs.Special shout-out to the bartender, Amy, who we visited every night for a drink or two before we headed to our room. One of the friendliest Londoners we came across and were happy to chat with her all night!

Absolutely perfect location - great neighborhood with restaurants, shops, and easy access to the subway. Wonderful service (we didn’t make it easy with needing an odd check-in time) and beautiful room.

We stayed here for a quick three night trip to London and were so pleased with our stay! We were immediately greeted upon entering and offered a free upgrade in rooms. The room was gorgeously designed, clean and cozy and have everything and more we needed for our time in London. We absolutely would recommend the Henrietta to anyone looking for a centrally located beautiful spot to stay in Covent Garden!

My new favorite hotel in London. The rooms are a bit on the tiny side but very comfortable.Towels are plush, bed is comfy, ample amenities —with proper blowdryer!!! and despite being centrally located—night noise surprisingly not a big issue. Service is great and the restaurant downstairs have very good cocktails.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights last week. Most of the staff were welcoming and friendly. Hence the 4 star rating for service. We were in the building 'across the road' and sometimes there wasn't anyone on reception. I have only given 3 stars for the room because, although it was clean and tidy, there were no drawers. We basically had to use our suitcase as a drawer. The location is brilliant for access to Covent Garden, but the downside was that our room was noisy all day due to noise from Covent Garden entertainers. This is not the fault of the hotel but it is a consideration if you are hoping for some peace and quiet. Moreover, given that we were on ' the other side of the road ' we were kept awake by the church bells tolling each hour. Again, this is not the fault of the hotel but needs to be borne in mind if a restful night is important to you. In addition, as a disabled person, it was not ideal having to go across the road to access the breakfast room. Finally, I don't think it is appropriate for members of the management team to be having meetings with prospective clients in the breakfast room where guests are trying to have a peaceful breakfast. This is not conducive to relaxation for the guests, nor is it good for guests to be privy to confidential negotiations. Surely an office can be found for such meetings. This is probably a hotel more suited to younger people than myself and my husband, who basically have old fashioned values.
