First, the positives. The location of this hotel is ideal. It is across the street from Hyde Park, which is beautiful place to explore or simply relax on a bench after a long day.  …

Don't go. There are other hotels mich better in the same street. The crew at the lobby was very weird and certainly not welcoming. Laundry bags piled in the lobby when I arrived and when I left. Room smelling. Beds not good. Noisy machine at breakfast. Honestly my worst experience.

Avoid!I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the conditions. The noise disturbance, particularly from the kitchen early in the morning, was unbearable. Additionally, dirty laundry left in the hallways was unsightly and unacceptable. After checking the reviews on the hotel's website, I found that we were not the only guests to have these complaints. It's clear these issues have been ongoing and have not been properly addressed. I hope the hotel takes these reviews seriously and makes the necessary improvements.Tiny rooms, coffee machine broken and bed very uncomfortable.Avoid avoid avoid!

I saw all the bad reviews but we booked anyway, for the price you pay, some people expect too much! …

The rooms are amazing smaller than a hamsters cage and very noisy. I’m not sure how this can be passed as accommodation and comfort inn should be ashamed of themselves to advertise as so. …

I was pleasantly surprised after reading the very poor reviews. |We stayed in room 504, we had room around both sides of the bed, it was compact but comfortable. |The shower was great nice and warm and big fluffy towels. …

The hotel is in a great location and the staff moved us from 201 to L03 with no fuss and that’s where the positives end! …

Shoebox room and breakfast area is just as bad.I was on the 4th floor and the loft was out of order but it looked like it's been that way for a while. My door didn't fully look but was staying one night so just wedged the door instead. The bed was horribly creaky and the TV is tiny and mounted in the corner on a angle 90's style.

Would not recommend, not worth the price (£145 for 1 night/2pers/queen room). Elevator is broken (we had a room on the 2nd floor), no warm water in the shower, definitely not a non-smoker room, furniture pretty beat up, tiny room, shabby bed. Great location though.
