Perfectly happy for the price... Yes the room was on the small side, yes the bed was hard, yes the towels weren't brand new, yes there was a bit of mould in the shower however this was less than £65 for 2 people on a Friday night in …

The check in was without any problems and the staff at the front office is really nice and helpful. The room itself is not great.Entering through the bathroom is fine but taking a shower floods the entire bathroom which means wet feed at night. The mattress is absolutely unacceptable and hard like a rock which means sleep is really uncomfortable.

Terribly small rooms, beds squished between two walls, so it was nearly possible to fit there (and I am not very tall), in some rooms toilet/bathroom is placed in the entrance of the room, using is is quite impossible without flooding everything. Located near Victoria station, so if someone needs to be close to the city center, this place might be a solution. But I wouldn't recommend it for a comfortable stay in London.

Great location close to Victoria but a very tired, run down and outdated hotel. Mattress felt like it was made of concrete - beyond being called a 'firm' mattress! I guess ok for the price in London but you still expect some standards of comfort

We booked this trip very late and it was very slim pickings. We did not want to stay too far from the city and also eacy access to underground+airport transport was a high priority-which this place delivered. So here goes. …

The staff are friendly. Our rooms were really small, not so comfortable. It was cleaned, but there was only one very little window so the ventilation&lights are not good, it was moldy. But there are many good restaurants nearby :)

This is one of the most unpleasant hotels I have stayed in! The room was tiny, in the top of the hotel in the attic up 8 flights of stairs, and VERY hot. The bed was rock hard, although I'm told was a new bed. …

Only a 20 minute walk from Buckingham palace/St James park, and only a 10 minute walk from the closest tube station, so it's decently central. The receptionists were friendly on the few times we had to interact with them. The staircase is fairly narrow, which made me glad I only had a rucksack as luggage rather than a suitcase. The bathroom being how you enter the room was a bit of a surprise. It was clean, if not a bit cramped, with the shower right next to the toilet so it would be easy to bump into it whilst washing. The room itself was decently clean (main downside in that regard was a very dusty fan). The carpet and curtains could do with being replaced as they were a bit worn, and the walls could do with having a bit of a clean/lick of paint.Nice hotel if you want somewhere just to sleep/get ready and don't intend to spend too much time there.

The most uncomfortable bed I've ever had the displeasure of sleeping on. Our bed linens were dirty & stained, the bed side tables were sticky????? God knows what was left on there. …
