The best part about the hotel is its location. Only a short walk to Paddington Station, and it's surrounded by restaurants and shops. Also close to Hyde Park. The street isn't too loud at night. But the room is very small. The windows are thin and every morning it's covered by condensation. Breakfast is in a tight space. The choices are alright definitely not a very diverse.

Our room was tiny, 8 foot by 12 foot, barely enough room for 2 people. The bathroom fan was very noisy, the soap and shampoo pumps don't work well, but otherwise very clean and the breakfast was adequate. Best part was the location very close to Paddington station. Thank you Amir for the good service.

This was just a quick overnight stay, I Booked last minute and paid 109pounds for a room in the bottom floor without any windos. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised, the room itself was pretty nice and clean, the bed was also very comfortable and they had a good airing system .The only issue was the the TV went fuzzy at 7pm, then it just stopped receiving signal(basically no tv,..even when i woke up in the morning),..when I went in the bathroom, the wall next to the loo was a bit dirty. Overall I would go back if it was for a quick over night stay by myself. If I decided to go back with the missus I'd have to get a room with a window.

Alright, bear with me here: for a place that's 4mins away from Paddington station, offering a refreshed living accomodations, included breakfast and good service, this place deserves a 5star rating. It was worth the value we paid.Service was good and efficient. The amenities in our room seemed upgraded, had a Nespresso machine, locker, builtins for USB/c charging, a fan. Bathroom was tiny on theme, but again, efficient with hot water and other amenities. Tiny dings here for the sink not draining properly and the loud, really loud exhaust (or as they call it 'extractor'). And really, it reminded me of train bathrooms. Clean, efficient but cramped.Cons: Typical breadbox room, ours was on the 2nd floor, with a window towards on the street and we could hear the traffic all night. The room would've been perfectly fine for one, two is stretching it a little.Definitely recommend if you're a single traveler or love being in each other's path at most times or want a "romantic" getaway in budget.

The location is the only pro for visiting this establishment. It is a quick walk from Paddington Station and a short Uber/Bolt ride to get around to the must see sights. The room itself is SUPER tiny. We had 2 carryons and 2 backpacks which took up all the space of this tiny “room”. It was on the “ground level” or basement with a window that looked out to basically a concrete wall. If we had more time to look around for a place, we would’ve definitely done so. We likely would not stay here again. Very pricey for what you get.

If you’re expecting anything from a stay here, think again. We stayed in room 31. Right next to the lift. Let’s just say it’s not the quietest of rooms. The noise from outside is deafening and the bed was like sleeping on a bed of granite. And I don’t know why but the room absolutely stunk. It was the bathroom where it came from but the extractor fan did no good for whatever the smell was. Wanted a shower before I left but the smell was that bad I decided against it. We paid £219 for the room with breakfast. I’m not a fan of continental breakfasts and it didn’t look appetising

I would like to say that I'm utterly disappointed and angry about our stay at your hotel. We had a leak in the bathroom the whole time and none of your staff attempted to help even though we reported this multiple times (Not even a room change offer). We were just kept on told there is nothing we can do. I would appreciate some compensation considering you false advertised the room having a working bathroom

If your thinking of booking here don't.We stayed as photos looked nice price was raised due to local event .The room you couldn't swing a cat in.The window didn't shut completely the noise outside was loud and constant . You could here the movement in the other rooms. The small was awful, like sewage. Breakfast was minimal dry and not worth it . Worse nights sleep I've ever had won't be staying again

A five star experience of the colonial times where people were kept in minimal slaving compartments. They put fake amenities (no ac in the rooms) on Agoda Island to attract customers and hire excellent argumentative but intentionally idiotic staff who will gaslight you to believe that you are the problem and truly help in making you see that it was you who made the stupid choice to stay at this place. Suffer at your own expense
