I enjoyed my stay at the cozy hotel. The staffing was the kindness and helpful individuals on your day to day activities. I will definitely go back to London to the same hotel. I felt very welcome to London. I found my London connection at the Edward Hotel. Thank you guys for making my trip pleasant and memorable. Sandra in Atlanta

On our first night at the Edward Paddington the electrical outlets in our room did not work, the room was ridiculously small, as well as their shower where I could not even turn around without bumping into a glass wall. There was no soap or shampoo, and the bed had a spring stabbing me in the ribs all night. When I told the woman at the front desk about the electrical outlets not working, she cracked a rude smile as if our bad experience was a joke to her. We also paid over $300 for that one night there. I realized the Hilton, a block away, was charging $100 less, so I rebooked with them for the rest of our time in London. The Hilton is ten times nicer and had plenty of rooms.

Small, affordable hotel located between Paddington Station and Hyde Park. Convenient to take the tube or walk anywhere. Several cafes on the block - we especially liked the Chilean coffee house. Our room was small but the bathroom was big. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean.

DO NOT stay here! I book 3 nights and only stayed one night as the room was covered in ants. I woke up to one on my face and my husband had one on his back. I pulled the sheet back and I found 5 in the bed, and 4 on the other bed. …

I usually stay here when arriving in London late or departing early from Heathrow but the main reason I stay here is because of the 2 Eastern European ladies in reception who are always so warm, welcoming, caring and responsive. Hotel Edward is very lucky to have them.

DO NOT STAY HERE - gross rooms, terrible service. The rooms are dirty, there were stains everywhere, the bed was so itchy it was impossible to sleep. There was a leak all night onto one of the beds, staff took no responsibility, made no apology at all. Avoid at all costs, overpriced, dirty and outdatedEDIT: as you can see my name isn't Danielle, so clearly this has been a problem in multiple rooms! Let that be a warning to future customers

Stayed here for a weekend while at a show in London. Location wise , absolutely perfect , close train ride to west-end or a 30 min walk if you would like to see a little more of the city.Rooms do need a some modernization , they are clean and quite but could really do with a little investment. No real facilities in the hotel for tea & coffee etc. which would be nice , but location is tremendous , plenty of local pubs and restaurants within walking distance.Would I stay again ? Absolutely.
