Really surprised and delighted by this accommodation. Despite the outside appearance and approach to the property and the two flights of stairs to our room, the room was quiet (even on a Saturday night), the room was very comfortable and …

We stayed here for the Tom Jones concert, and so did a number of other people. The communal kitchen was a good place to chat to others staying in the house. …

Stayed for 3 nights in a triple room with my 2 teenage sons. Instructions for accessing the building and room were very clear and the room was clean with internet tv and good ensuite shower room. There was a shared kitchen / living room along the corridor which had complimentary hot drinks and all facilities for prepping meals. Communal areas of the building could do with a bit of tlc and the location is a bit run down but it's a short walk into the city centre and Barbican areas.

Great location if visiting the centre of Plymouth, clean enough but not quite up to my standard (dusty etc)- although this wouldn’t necessarily stop us staying again…Nice communal area with everything we needed for tea, coffee and cereal. All day parking within walking distance- (locked overnight) only £5.Just what we needed for our overnight stay In Plymouth

The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Kitchen was big and we were allowed to have as much coffee as we wanted. However the location was poor and fairly dangerous. Customer service from the room cleaner was bad as he was rude. The shower was almost unusable as it was changing temperature every few seconds. Not the worse stay I've had but over all, wasn't worth the money.

Deceptively pleasant stay the initial contact was OMG but once insideit was really clean and well supplied with tea and coffee. I've stayed in 5*hotels worse than this place. Value for money all day long
