We stayed here recently and it was fantastic.Cleanliness is second to none.Lovely peace & quiet of an evening and a nice relaxing location.Breakfast was freshly made using quality produce and was also a relaxing environment.Nothing was too much hassle for them.I highly recommend it and would stay there again.Decorated like a stately home really makes an impact.Gardens are beautifully kept also. The location is well within walking distance of the main town area but far enough for peace & quiet during the evening & nights.Room was freshly cleaned daily and your bed made which is a lovely touch.Big bonus for us with this hotel was it had ample car parking.

Lisa was a very gracious host. She looked after us very well. The hotel was convenient to walk to restaurants and good recommendations made. Very clean. |Steep Stairs and no lift. Didn’t get to use the pool or grounds as only there two nights. Very very quiet so good nights sleep.

Love this hotel. We’ve just come back from our 3rd visit and the rooms just get better. Lisa, the host and owner is lovely and so bubbly. The garden is huge and stunning and they have a nice big pool too. …

Just spent a week here, had a lovely time.7 nights bed and breakfast, cereals, and full English (no black pudding though, sadly)Liza, the proprietor, is a lovely lady, very upbeat, and was always laughing, which was infectious. Lovely staff, too.The hotel is set in lovely grounds, with a beautiful lawn with shrubs and flowers all around and a decking path leading to the FREE car park. There is also an outdoor heated pool, which we didn't use as we were out gallivanting most of the day. It's an adults only hotel, which is not good news for families, but ideal for singletons or couples wanting to get away on their own.

What a lovely hotel. Liza the owner cannot do enough to ensure that your stay is perfect. The hotel is quirky, spotlessly clean and like a home from home. ||The breakfast is freshly cooked to order with all the normal full English items. ||Great location to visit the local area. We will definitely be returning.
