Lovely pub, great food. Staff are friendly and the beer garden is a lovely sun trap. Drink prices are about average but i think the food is of a cheap price for decent quality

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, it’s Faulty Towers in Saltash. I arrived on a Monday and my first room didn’t have curtains on the window and there was no plug in the sink, my second room was better as it had curtains, but …

Visiting the area, called in at 8.00pm on a Friday night, not busy, except for a few local village idiots, atmosphere was like a naughty school outing, needs a doorperson, instead of leaving it to the young grumpy barmaid. Left after a quick drink.

Dreadful experience staying here. |We booked three rooms while attending a funeral, over several nights. |We have stayed here in the past, and while nothing special, it was at least clean and functional then. |Of our three rooms. …

Really basic accommodation - room just about clean enough. A lot of very simple things could be done to improve this accommodation. Painting the furniture. Improving the beds and bedding. …

Nice pub but can be very noisy at times. Staff wouldn't make tea or coffee on a Saturday afternoon/evening because they were too busy!! 🤷‍♂️ - very strange smell in room and had to open window all the time while in the room. …

Brilliant service, good food, good mannerism, helpful bar staff. Vibrant atmosphere. Family friendly, big part of my local community. Cheap food and cheap drinks. The landlady is running a fine establishment and has completely changed my opinion on brummie for life
