Lovely room overlooking the Exe. Good quality breakfast. Cleverly designed bar and restaurant with TV and less formal area downstairs. Friendly, motivated staff who are proud of the place- rightfully so! Recommended if you are staying to visit the city which is only a fifteen minute walk away.

The Mill on the Exe is basically a large pub with rooms. The hotel part has a separate car park to the pub but it is so poorly signed that we missed it and went to the pub carpark. …

Had two rooms couldn’t fault a thing even our younger daughter said that she would stay again which is high praise indeed.. The room i stayed in which was fantastic I would recommend was on the top floor at the rear and with the window open at was very relaxing because of the river sounds and would also recommend breakfast..
