Stayed here 5-8th September for the barum. The apartment was filthy, between fridge beds etc looked like cleaner had just swept rubbish to hide.sheets weren’t clean.fridge absolutely smelt repulsive. Found bed bugs and what looked like a cockroach also wood lice.absolutely not acceptable and would not recommend for my dog, let alone a human. Everything about the whole experience was awful.my grandchildren came home with all red marks on their body where they had been bitten in the night.

Booked for long weekend, check in was quick, room lovely and clean, a few minor points ie small lights not working, carpets need clean, but bedding and towels nice white very clean, good fridge oven freezer dishwasher all in good order, entertainment for children very welcoming, lots to play, nice bar, food was really nice, and plenty on offer, service was good greeted by all with a pleasant manner and smile, surrounding areas well maintained, lovely views, swimming pool was nicely maintained only downfall was pool a bit on the cold side, could do with the heating turned up a bit, myself and the children ended up with blue lips, just bearable, floats armbands to hand water lovely and clean, we all enjoyed our stay, would stay there again 😃👍

If you’re looking for ‘crack-den on sea’ then this is the place for you.Awful place. Awful apartments. Awful facilities. To call it tired would be beyond kind. The rooms stink. The state of the place in general is dreadful. The older apartments at the back aren’t even habitable and are housing local nut cases and dangerous dogs.Stuff dumped around the site, windows and walls boarded up, safety railings falling apart, mould and rust on the fridge, mould in the shower. Heaters that don’t work. All of it just hideous. We came for a football tournament and were allocated this place without choosing. Never again! How this claims to be 3 star I will never know. It doesn’t deserve even 1.I hardly ever post reviews, but I am compelled to put this up it’s that bad. Photos added. If there are awards for worst holiday park in the uk, then this place would be a prize contender!

This was a business trip in the off season, which turned out to be a good alternative to your average cheap hotel. There was a fully equipped kitchen - may vary between apartments, so do check. A Tesco 1 min drive away. And a pleasant enough restaurant/bar. Also a disco with nobody present!!!Would definitely recommend for this kind of overnight stay.

We booked the cheapest apartment so did not expect too much. We found some minor issues and the management reaction was exceptional. We got a complimentary upgrade, nearly I felt bad about it🤭The new apartment was clean and modern. Quiet but very close to the leisure facilities. The pool, sauna was walk in, no sessions. Free entertainment and pool billiard, table tennis…All the staff were polite , helpful and all of them has a can do attitude. We are extremely satisfied. The area is beautiful. The ocean, forests, coast and everything in and around this small town. 💯Recommended

Being that we have visited holiday parks in UK and Europe, this has got to be the most run down ever. We booked a "deluxe" 3 bedroom apartment. We had a fridge microwave and oven etc that must have made it deluxe, but the most off putting in the apartment was all the mould in every room, windows blown and hinges gone, the sink in the bathroom was coming away from the wall, all in all the whole site is in need of ripping down and starting all over again. The short time we were there, an apartment opposite had a window completely broken out of the wall and no one had even tried to cover it with boarding. I feel very sorry for the staff as they must know they are flogging a dead horse but still show how professional they are with their excellent customer service. The kitchen in the hall looked new but the food coming out was mediocre. The first night we ate there I was sick that night from the macaroni cheese. We had 3 out of 5 in the party with asthma and they suffered unfortunately because of the mould that we had to cut our week holiday short. The area is lovely and this holiday park could be something special if the owner would throw money at it, and got a gardener in. I had to stand on my bed to see my view, which was covered by overgrown bush and brambles. All in all not a great experience there, our kids wouldn't even go to the swimming pool as they worried it would be as mouldy as our room. We didn't let the staff know of all the problems as we were embarrassed for them, just handed in the key and said we had to go. PLEASE OWNERS GET YOUR HANDS IN YOUR POCKETS AND SORT IT OUT! I feel I waisted my money 💰

Location good. Staff lovely. Food in restaurant surprisingly good. But whole needs an overhaul. We had a 2 bed apartment, oven had 1 shelf and 1 tiny baking tray, table wobbled like mad, sofas are half collapsed, beds very uncomfortable, mould on walls.Wouldn't stay again but we also didn't pay through the roof.

Just returned from a football tournament where 41 of us stayed here. Best staff ever! Kelly and the whole team could not do enough for us. They were brilliant from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and they made every one of us feel welcome. Food was great value and the Sunday roast was amazing! Will definitely be returning.
