Perfect location for our 1 night stay in Plymouth to see Sam Fender only a 10-minute walk to Plymouth Pavilions! 🎸 Room was spotless and on-street parking permit was £8ish (from 5pm-10am the next morning). We were given a key to the B&B so we could come and go as we pleased, which was great as we were back very late after the gig. Beds were comfy, linens all clean and the room smelled lovely and fresh. Bonus points as there was a fan in the cupboard to keep as cool which I really appreciated as I struggle to sleep without fan noise 🙈 We would definitely recommend and stay again!

The room was lovely, everything you need, slept very well and was quiet. The breakfast was very good, both English and continental as I had one each day. Location is excellent. Once parked in the evening, carpark £3 from 5pm to 10am and very close, everything was 5 minutes walk away. I would highly recommend staying and would again myself.

Another fantastic stay here, this time with my Mum. Again, the room was immaculate and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and I have already booked another stay, this time with my older son, for the end of the month. I wholeheartedly recommend this lovely B and B!

A fantastically located, beautifully presented family room in a very well maintained guest house. The owners are lovely, friendly and eager to please. Exceptionally clean and clearly kept to a very high standard, we shall definitely be returning to stay here again!5mins walk to the sea front, and adjacent to a children's play area and small amusement area, the location is ideal. The owners went above and beyond to find out the parking situation with us being blue badge holders, and the breakfast was delicious 😋Everything about the place is gorgeous and I can't wait to visit my son at uni again in a few months time!

Spacious room, clearly well thought out with collapsible stands for suitcases, room to lounge, a clean, large bathroom with a walk in shower. Breakfast was great. There was a fan in the room which was just enough, but the windows didn't seem to open. Bring your own toothbrush! Everything else is supplied. Overall, great stay. We took a double bedroom and had a double bed and a single for some reason, but no complaints!
