HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We’ve just got married at this beautiful venue and we can’t thank Louise and all of the amazing staff that work here enough! Their attention to detail was second to none! Everything about the day was amazing and absolutely flawless! Everything was above and beyond our expectations, nothing was too much! We stayed the whole weekend to soak it all in and all the staff are so lovely and friendly! The setting is beautiful and I highly recommend anyone wanting to get married, visit this venue because you will not be disappointed! We had the absolute best day and weekend and want to do it all again! The food, hotel rooms, view, pool and staff are brilliant! We will be back for sure! Thank you again 🩵

Stayed 1 night and would never go back. 2 single mattresses pushed together with no topper - so felt the crack. Mattresses need replacing, felt every spring. Mattress protection old and dirty. Stains on carpet. Tape holding bath panel together. No iron. No plug sockets near bed so could not charge phone near where I slept. Beautiful location but crap hotel

One of the more curious experiences of my life. As it was a friend's birthday lunch, we'd reserved a table and checked the menu the previous week to ensure all would be well. …

Stayed in this hotel recently and although it was clean and comfortable, it really could do with a makeover. The rooms look like they haven't been decorated since the 80s. …

Avoid! Stayed for one night and would not recommend at all. The decor was tired, the room needed an uplift and the bathroom had not been cleaned for some time. There was signs of mold, dirt on the tiles and grime on the shower dispenser (see photos). I can sympathise with management that a major refurb is needed but the poor cleanliness is inexcusable. If not for attending a funeral, I would have asked management to view the room to see it for themselves. Not what I would have expected for the price of the room.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. I have never had a problem as I’ve always stayed in the main hotel. On this occasion I was put into the South Lodge. First of all there is no lift. …

Be was old. Worse nights sleep. Lift not working we were on the top floor and I’m not well. |Thus was the deluxe room I dread to think what the standard are like. £160 per night. |The pictures I think say it all. |TOTAL REFURB NEEDED. |On a plus the staff were great just not enough of them.

Sadly this is a hotel where either the management is in disarray or doesn't care. Its not bad, just tired and disorganised. On the plus side, the room had a queen and a single, as advertised.  …
