We stayed in Sancroft, Elliot Tce. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean and fully equipped. The view of Plymouth sound was amazing. Check in was easy, paid for parking right outside the apartment which was helpful. There is a security deposit to pay and I feel booking.com need to advertise this more prominently on the page, but received messages prior to checking in to remind about this. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A company with the organisational skills of a cabbage. Fail to provide adequate directions/ info about the properties they manage and customer service is non-existent. Had to make complaint at start of holiday due to a few issues... over three weeks on and still no response from them. Couldn't care less about their customers.

Demanded a £150 deposit for one night, which was "hidden in the small print" as I use the booking.com app I did not see this and found it very hard to find afterwards as not in payment, or policies section. Then read all the reviews about deposits not being returned and requested a refund, which they refused, so lost the payment and didn't stay. Customer service was rude and Manager did not call despite me leaving several messages and emails. If anyone else has had issues please email me on raebilling87 at gmail as I am escalating this with local press and travel magazines. No longer using Booking.com due to this experience.

The apartment was great but had/have several problems with admin. Firstly I was givn two different locations to collect the key and struggled to get confirmationa s to which one was correct. Secondly I have twice asked when my deposit will be returned but still have not recieved a reply!!! Not impressed

Stayed here. They changed our booking last minute because of maintenance issues and had agreed early check in. When we got there we were rudely told we could check in early after back and forth we were allowed to put our bags in. Then after leaving the property clean and tidy, we left the rubbish in the bin and some additional items that wouldn’t fit in, next to the bin. I have cleaned high end properties for years and this is what we expect from our customers. We then got fined £50 for rubbish. Baring in mind it was a couple of bottles and balloons that simply wouldn’t fit. They are rude, they will make you pay a deposit after you’ve booked and will keep it at any chance you get. Honesty stay at another place. As a local to Plymouth. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

Fabulous apartment in a fantastic location within all the pubs, restaurants, and nightlife. Could hear the vibrancy of plymouth at night but we did have the windows open and I didn't bother us. Would definitely use again

This company have no regard for their resident’s safety.There was no inside lock on my door and so on multiple occasions I had men walking into my flat unannounced. Sometimes I walked home to find people in my flat too - when no one had given me any notice or asked permission for people to be there. At one point, even the MD of the company didn’t know who the men in my flat were, and so I had to leave and book into a hotel as I had no confidence at how many people had a fob to access my flat. At night I was terrified someone might walk in, so I had put a chair up against the door and a mug on the handle every night to alert me if anyone entered.I have had no contact from the MD to see if I am ok after these incidents and I am appalled at the lack of care and professionalism from this company.

This company has no regard for their residents safety or wellbeing.I stayed here for 6 weeks with work. I had asked if we could put a lock on the door (to lock from inside at night) but was refused meaning at night I couldn’t lock it so I had to put a chair by the door to alert me should anyone with a fob enter whilst I was asleep.On multiple occasions I had men enter my accommodation without my permission, or sometimes I’d return home to people in my flat. I had no warning of this at all and on the last occasion even the MD of the company didn’t know who’d entered my flat (turns out it was one of the property developers!) I felt so unsafe that so many people had a fob to my apartment I checked myself into a hotel room.The MD hasn’t even called me back to check if I’m ok and I’ve had no formal apology.
