Location was close to the sea and the box museum, that was a positive side.Sadly I’m disappointed that it never was mentioned that these are student dorms. Also no air conditioner, no kettle, no amenities (only a soap bar and one towel), no real reception (don’t call a window a reception), it mixed with other people that rent a room and students. Halls and elevator smelled bad, bad room smell (hence they gave us the room with open windows), frobisher house is next to a pub/bar so also noise from neighbours and smelly trash.Small bed even though we booked for two.No kitchen even tho it is displayed on pictures.Only positive was the shower and wifi which was managed by ask4 and not zeni.We left a day earlier because the noise and smell of the pub trash.

The location is great, five minutes away from the port and its amenities, big mall just across the street, pub, restaurants and cafe just around the corner. The room albeit small was clean and comfortable, the bed may need a new mattress and pillows but we asked for more pillows and at the end we slept well. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they may be used to younger, forgiving crowd but even if we asked for a change of towels almost every day the guy didn’t blink an eye and was able to find us also an hairdryer, brilliant! No kettle or fridge in the room and usually no use of the kitchen (ask beforehand if you need it) but they got a laundry room and a pool table. Well the use of the kitchen or the lack thereof should be made more clear or give guest the chance to pay for it in situ. We found the room pretty clean but the carpet in communal areas would certainly benefit from a thorough clean. No sweat check in and check out. Being the cheapest accommodation in town we found it more than adequate.

It was one of the worst accommodations I ever stayed in. The room was dirty in every corner and it generally looked really filthy and disgusting. At night we could not sleep because you could hear every word from the neighbors. There was no blow dryer, no tea kettle or anything else. We also got only one set of towels even though we booked for two. The bed was very small but that was already clear early on. We were not allowed to use the kitchen „because we booked a studio room“, yet a studio would entail some kind of kitchen facilities which it certainly did not provide. They even tell you that you will get fined when using the kitchen and getting caught. The only positive thing I can mention is the unproblematic check-in and check-out.Overall I cannot recommend this accommodation at all, do yourself a favor and stay away from that place.

These are student rooms let with some occupents still in halls plus other guests, so theres a strong student vibe, the rooms are small but adequate, the beds are not really for two so book beyond the basic single room if you're sleeping two people. And its not hotel clean but not bad. They have an 11pm noise curfew, no problem as i needed sleep. The price is the point here and its very cheap for a room with ensuite. Which is what i needed, some of the other reviews make it seem like some kind of prison camp but its absolutely fine, theres a laundry service if needed and a pool table too, replace the mattresses more regularly and polish the service a bit and id have give the place all 5s 😊

Great place to stay if your on a budget guys, cheap and cheerful but very comfortable. Food shops at the end of the road and a co-op right next door. I only booked in for one week but ended up staying for six! The manager Nathan was a star don’t know if he ever sleep coz he was always there day and night and even after them very long shifts he was still as polite and accommodating as the first day I stayed. The staff were much the same very friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. GREAT bunch and I would recommend it to anyoneThanks for everything guys👍👍👍🙏

Was looking for a Totalitarian experience and found what I was looking for. Can't blame the staff they probably hated the place as much as we did. We're told we'd be fined for using the kitchen area. Love to know how that gets enforced we're not tenants we're guests. No basic hotel requirements such as Tea or coffee or even a kettle. Only thing missing was a being woken up by gunfire

Cheap and cheerful. Only downside is unless you specifically book a studio room, you're not allowed to use the shared kitchen facilities.
